It was a quiet day in the town of Morioh, currently 7:20 in the morning. The morning sun looming over the town and its populace, as the people in the town are greeted with the sight of its morning rays. Choosing to sleep in just a bit longer to catch some more hours of sleep, others choosing to get up and start their day. Going off to work wearing their work clothing, albeit a simple suit and tie or whatever uniform they're required to wear. Walking to work, some a bit excited for another day of work, most filled with dread from the boring jobs they have to do just to get by in day-to-day life.

A silver car whizzes past the group of 'earlybirds'. The car being occupied by none other than our protagonists, Izen Kawajiri and Eri Kawajiri. The former driving his car normally though a bit of a rookie in some parts of driving. While the latter enjoyed the smooth car drive, sitting down at the back of the driver seat tucked in her seat belt. Staring outside of the tinted window, looking at the buildings they pass as her father drives. Raising her brow slightly at the sight of the sudden influx of people walking down the sidewalk. A small confused look on her face, most likely surprised at the sight.

Turning her gaze towards her father with a longing look, her ruby orbs staring at the rear-view mirror. Izen soon taking notice of her gaze while shifting his attention briefly to the mirror. A little concern grew in him from the sight of her stare. Switching his attention back to the road, making sure not to run over anything or violate traffic rules. Kami-sama knows how much he hates having to converse with a traffic officer that would stall him from continuing his everyday routine.

But he also doesn't want to just leave his daughter hanging there, shifting in her seat to try and get his attention. So he decides to multitask, both balancing driving down the road and conversing with Eri.

"Something wrong, snowball?" He asked.

"Hmm...Papa, why are they up so early?" She replied.

Izen responded with a raise of his brow, confused at the question. Taking a short look outside, a small glimpse of some people walking down the side walk. Connecting the two-dots together, an 'ooohh' being muttered in his head at the glimpse. Shaking his head lightly and going back to topic, adjusting his tie a bit before continuing.

"They're up early because they have to get up to work early. Why are ya' asking, snowball?" He said.

"Nothing much papa, I just wanted to ask...But why this early papa?" She said.

"At this hour?" He replied.

Stopping the car momentarily at the sight of a red light. Halting exactly at the perfect spot, centimeters from the cross-walk's painted barrier. Using this time to look at his daughter with the rear-view mirror. Grabbing it and adjusting it while doing so, noticing how it was off by a few inches. With Eri then replying to her fathers question once more.

"Mhm, but why at this hour papa?" She said.

"Well you see Eri, lots of workers get up at 8:00 am, some getting up later and some getting up earlier. These people are the ones that get up earlier, they have reasons as too why. Most get up just to finish up on some work to ease the burden, some do it so that they can just end the day earlier, even some required to wake up extremely early...While others go to work early just to avoid their colleagues and want some peace and quiet as they work." He said.

Which in return made Eri stop and think a bit, placing her small hand on her chin. Pondering what her father had just said the best way a 5 year old brain can. Understanding the simple concept with the simplification from her father, though dwelling on some part of what her father said. As her mind thought of many questions at the certain line, as if her mind was a submachine gun that shot out questions. Before isolating all of them and concluding with one question, a question she then blurts out.
