Chapter 5

Louis handed me my drink once it was ready, but I was still standing there in shock.

"Hello? Earth to Kendall?" Louis spoke waving a hand in front of my face.

"What? Oh sorry it's just that y-your-"

"Louis Tomlinson yeah I know," he smiled. I just smiled slightly in return.

"Kendall what's taking so long!" I heard Kaitlyn yell. Louis chuckled.

"Um, I'm sorry but my friend is in need of some Starbucks," I said.

Louis laughed in response," It's okay, I would like to hang out with you sometime, yeah?" He asked.

"That would be great," I smiled while we exchanged numbers and parted ways.

"Who was that?" Kaitlyn asked curiously.

"Oh you know, just Louis Tomlinson," I said with a smirk on my face.

Kaitlyn gasped really loudly, causing people to look over at us," NO WAY! I thought it was him but I thought I was just going crazy!" I shushed her and grabbed her hand, pulling her out towards the car.

" I also got his number, he said he wanted to hang out sometime," I smiled slightly. Kaitlyn gasped loudly again.

" You need to teach me your ways." I laughed loudly.

"What ways?"

" Duh! your ways of meeting famous hot boys and having them fall in love with you!"

"First off, it's like, my first time ever meeting someone famous, and second, Louis doesn't love me."

"Yet," Kaitlyn replied with a smirk on her face. I just rolled my eyes in return.

"Let's go, it's time for some shopping!" Kaitlyn squealed and hoped into the car.

"Let's hit the mall!" she screamed while turning on the car and radio.

"Wow, I'm totally exhausted" I said as I walked into my apartment, dropping all my shopping bags on the floor.

"Me to, I better put away all of these gorgeous clothes! I'll see ya tomorrow? Maybe lunch at 1:00 sounds good?

"Yeah! That sounds perfect, I'll see you tomorrow," I smiled as she walked out my apartment. I closed the door, walked over to my couch and collapsed.

It wasn't until a minute later until my phone decided to ring. I groaned as I got up searching for it. Once I found it I answered without looking at the caller ID.

"Hello?"

"Kendall! It's me, your mom!"

"Oh, hi mom, how's it going over in Pennsylvania?"

"Oh you know, quiet without your loud mouth around," she answered sadly.

"I know mom, how's dad and Carter?"

"They're doing great! But they miss you a lot, so does Andrew," my breath hitched.

"H-how would you know?"

"He hasn't stopped crying since you left. He seems to know who his real mother is and misses you a lot sweetie. I can't blame him. You would be a great mother,"

"Mom, we talked about this,"

"I know, I know, but would it hurt you to just come and visit us in a couple months? You do know Carter's birthday is coming up and he would love for you to be here,"

"Mom I just got here and now you're already talking about me coming back. You of all people should understand that I need time to adjust,"

"I understand honey but I just can't stop thinking if this is the best way to adjust. Christ! You're all the way across the world! How will you adjust to having a son if you're all the way across the world from him?"

"Mom! You know what happened and you know how I became pregnant with him. It's hard, especially becoming pregnant like that for the first time. I never expected to have my first child in that way and it sucks. At least I decided to keep him because most girls in my situation wouldn't,"

"I know honey, I'm sorry to upset you. Just make sure to visit. And be here for you're brothers birthday. I love you,"

"I love you, too, mom." I hung up and set my phone down. I groaned looking around my apartment, coming to the fact that I have to put all the clothes away.

I grabbed all the shopping bags and proceeded to put them away in my huge walk-in closet that needed to be filled up with clothes.

3 hours later I finished putting my clothes away and it was already 6:00. I went downstairs and heated up a mini pizza to eat while watching Pretty Little Liars. This show is to die for, and Hannah and Caleb are my otp.

Once I got through 5 episodes and finished eating my dinner it was already 10:00 and time for bed. I made my way upstairs, got dressed, brushed my teeth, and crawled into bed. It only took me a couple of minute to fall into a dreamless sleep.
