When the hill slopes here are blanketed with a carpet of blue during the flowering of the Neelakurinji, the park becomes a popular site for visitors. It's an unique plant to this section of the Western Ghats that only blooms every twelve years.The Anamudi Peak is located within the Eravikulam National Park. With a height of almost 2700 metres, this is South India's highest peak. With permission from the Forest and Wildlife authorities in Eravikulam, we can trek to the peak.Top Station, about 32 kilometres from Munnar, is located at a height of 1700 metres above sea level. On the Munnar-Kodaikanal road, it is the highest point. Visitors visiting Munnar make a point of stopping at Top Station to take in the panoramic views. It provides access to Tamil Nadu, a neighbouring state. It is one of Munnar's most popular tourist destinations. Similarly, to take in the beauty of the Neelakurinji flowers flowering across a large area.When it comes to the beginnings and evolution of tea plantations, Munnar has its own history. A museum dedicated to tea was established to honour this tradition and to conserve and highlight some of the most exquisite and fascinating features of the creation and evolution of tea plantations in Kerala's highlands. Tata Tea opened it in Munnar a few years ago. This Tea Museum exhibits relics, pictures, and machinery, all of which convey a tale about Munnar's tea estates' beginnings and expansion. The Tata Tea Nallathanni Estate near Munnar has a museum that is well worth a visit.Chinnakanal and its waterfalls are located near Munnar Town. The Power House Waterfalls are well-known. Which flow down a high cliff 2000 metres above sea level. A picturesque vista of the Western Ghat mountains adds to the beauty of the location. Anayirangal is located 7 kilometres further down the road. Anayirangal is a lovely green carpet of tea trees located 22 kilometres from Munnar. A journey on the magnificent reservoir is a once-in-a-lifetime event. Tea plantations and evergreen trees surround the Anayirangal dam.
