Bittersweet Memories: Chapter Three

"W-where do you think we'll find her??? I-i don't know where she might go!!!" I ask Zexion, still crying a little.

Zexion looks up pondering for a moment then says, "Well, if I was running around blindly and trying to hide then I know exactly where I'd hide." He then opens corridor and pulls me inside it.

We soon arrive in front of a huge mansion and I see Amxik crying in the middle of the clearing in front of it, "AMXIK!!!!" I shout out as I run over towards her.

Amxik jumps to her feet and summons her swords then points them at me in a practice stance that is better then anyone would think after only having a weapon for one day. "I don't want to go back. I don't want to be near Roxas or you or Xion. I won't go back and nothing you say or do can make me," Amxik shouts at me in anger.

"Amxik, please listen to me!!!!! I just want you to know that I'm sorry!!!!!! I never meant to hurt you!!!!!! Please come back!!!!!!" I plead desperately, hoping my friend would listen.

Instead of listening to my pleas she glares coldly at me, "It's not just you its roxas and Xion too. I won't go back. Just leave me alone!!!"

I feel my eyes begin to tear up and I stutter, "B-but Amxik, y-you're my best friend!!! How could I just leave you alone? Amxik, I'm sorry!!! I don't want to fight you!!!" The tears that I had been holding back start to flow down my face as I realize that Amxik really won't come back. Quickly Amxik lunges at me with her swords when suddenly I see the book that Zexion always carries around turn huge and appear above her then smash her between the pages, knocking her unconscious. "Z-zexion??? H-how'd you do that???" I ask as my eyes widen as big as saucers.

"The book is called a lexicon and it's my weapon," Zexion explains as he turns to me.

Slowly I nod my head while thinking it over. Maybe that also had something to do with how he makes books fly into his hand too? "Oh, w-well, thanks for, for that. I could never fight her," I say miserably while looking over to Amxik.

He nods his head and answers, "Of course." Zexion then goes to pick Amxik up when somebody runs over.

"Hey! Leave her alone!" The new stranger yells. When I look closer I see that he had spikey brown hair and ... a keyblade? The stranger then gets into a fighting stance while holding his keyblade, ready to attack.

My eyes widen as I realize who it was that just ran up, "Sora??? You don't understand!!!! She's my friend and she was running away because of something I did!!!" I exclaim while throwing my hands up in the air.

Sora glares at me with his keyboard in hand as he shouts back, "You expect me to believe that?!"

Zexion then speaks up, "C'mon we can't take on Sora!" He then grabs my arm and pulls me into a dark corridor back to the castle.

*Still with Amxik*

A moan escapes Amxik's lips as Sora walks over and kneels down next to her. "You look like you need some help," he says quietly while picking Amxik up, "I'll take you to my gummy ship so I can treat you better." Sora then runs off with Amxik in his arms towards his gummy ship to heal her.

*back with Nitaxa*

After we get back to the castle my eyes water and my throat burns from the unshed tears. "Z-zexion, S-sora took A-amxik!!!!! What do we do now??? How can we get her back???" I choke out as I start to cry.

Zexion looks at me and sighs, "We'll have to wait and go back more prepared. You need training."

"O-okay, I-i guess, but, w-we gave to get her back!" I exclaim as I try to stop crying.

At this Zexion smiles ever so slightly, "We will Nitaxa, but you will need Axel to train you. Sora hates the organization and will kill on sight. If he has her now you will need to be prepared." I sigh softly and nod my head a little bit. "Don't worry, Nitaxa, we will get her back," Zexion says while smiling.

I smile softly then hug him, "Kay, thanks, Zexion." After I give him a hug I then run off to my room. While walking to my room I run into Axel halfway to my room.

Axel smiles down at me with his usual smile and says, "Hey Nitaxa. So how are things between you and Amxik? Did Roxas clear things up for you?"

"No!!! Amxik ran away and then Zexion and I went to find her but then Sora came and he took her!!!!!" I say hurriedly, still upset.

Axel looks at the mention of the brunet keyblade-wielders name, "Sora? Oh yeah I could probably clear things up for ya. Sora trusts me ever since I saved him from those nobodys... When was that... A year ago?"

My eyes glisten with hope now that I know we might be able to get Amxik back. "R-really?! You could do that????" I ask excitedly.

Laughing slightly Axel nods his head, "Sure. First thing tomorrow why don't we go back to twilight town? Sora wouldn't have left there yet and even if he isn't there I have an idea of where he would be."

"Thank you Axel!!!!!!" I exclaim while smiling really big then I sigh softly, "Now I won't worry as much... Thanks again, good night." Axel then says a quick 'night' and leaves with a slight wave of his hand. I run happily over to my room and jump into my bed, closing my eyes and falling asleep in minutes.
