Recap: Vikram arrived at the head quarters of Sana groups.

The reporters stationed outside the Sana Groups headquarters were growing restless. Their eyes remained locked on the entrance, fingers ready on camera shutters to capture the next headline-maker. Inside television studios, the business world held its breath, every major investor glued to live coverage. The fate of Sana Groups, one of the twin giants ruling the industry alongside Vikram Groups, was about to be rewritten, and everyone knew the share market would tremble either way.

If Akash succeeded in taking over, Sana Groups' shares were expected to crash dramatically, offering a windfall opportunity for rival investors. And if that happened, Vikram Groups would easily become the undisputed titan.

An hour passed since Vikram entered the building, yet no word emerged. The reporters outside were growing desperate, some even pacing anxiously. Then suddenly, the entrance burst open. Akash stormed out of the building, his face dark with fury, and headed straight for his car.

The media surged forward like a flood. Cameras flashed. Mics were thrust forward.

Akash's driver struggled to maneuver the car as the reporters blocked every angle.

"Clear the way!" Akash barked to his security, his patience thinning.

But the media wouldn't budge. Trapped and fuming, Akash slammed the car door open and stepped out.

"Sir, what happened inside?"

"Are you still the CEO?"

"Why did Vikram go in? Did he stop your takeover?"

The barrage of questions only worsened his mood.

"Move aside! Don't block my way!" Akash shouted angrily, pushing past them.

And just like that, the news went live, "Akash lashes out at reporters after dramatic fallout inside Sana HQ."

Two hours earlier...

Inside the grand conference hall of Sana Groups, the atmosphere was charged. The board of directors were on edge, seated in uneasy silence. Vikram entered with Sharath by his side, his phone connected to Pugazh via call. The presence of the Vikram Groups' head instantly drew every eye. The directors stood up in respect. Without a word, Vikram took the front seat, his sharp gaze fixed straight on Akash.

Akash scowled. "Mr. Vikram, you are not welcomed here."

Vikram raised an eyebrow, cool and composed. "But I'm supposed to witness the appointment of the new CEO of my father-in-law's business empire. So none could stop me. Isn't it?"

Akash clenched his jaw. "Fine, you can sit back and enjoy my day."

"Go ahead," Vikram replied calmly.

Akash turned to the board. "Gentlemen, so you are clear with the papers given to you. Hope you don't have any doubts in those."

Vikram leaned forward slightly. "What papers? Shall I have a look into it?"

Akash gestured to his PA, who handed over a copy. Vikram skimmed through the documents, his expression unreadable.

"So," Vikram said at last, "my father-in-law has given you the rights to take his position of CEO in his absence?"

"That's what the paper says," Akash snapped.

Vikram suddenly chuckled, drawing confused looks from the room.

"Shut up, Vikram! I don't have time for your acts. Now leave and let me do my work!" Akash snapped.

"Your work?" Vikram stepped forward. "I'm just wondering... how come Mr. Krishnan, that is, my father-in-law gave you the rights to take the position of CEO of Sana Groups?"
