"Wait! Sen... pai?"
I shook my head in confusion. I was standing outside the storage room again, as if the last 5 minutes never occured... Did I dream all of that?
Before I could make sense of what just happened, the door in front of me opened. A blank faced Saiki appearing before me.
"Need something from the storage room?"
He said this so casually to me, that I had to do a double take. My eyes blinking rapidly.
"Ummm i-i... d-don't think so?" I managed to stutter out.
He smiled at me then, a laid back kind of gesture... and so very unlike him. When I didn't say anything else he moved to close the door, making clear that he was leaving.
"Well then..." he started.
But when I broke him of with a half shouted "S-senpai!" He quickly froze, leaving a gap in his laid back demeanour.
"Yes?" He asked, slightly annoyed, as if somehow I was being difficult.
"Did you just...". I gulped and finally looked him straight in the eyes. "Did you turn back the time, just now?"

For a long time he just stood there, his expression so intense, I couldn't quite decipher it's meaning. Was he angry? Was he thinking about... getting rid of me? Or was he just creeped out, that a first year still believed that time travel existed?
Either way, he was speechless. Leaving me the perfect opportunity to take advantage of the situation.
I moved in closer, gesturing to the door. "If you don't want anyone else to know your little secret... best we discuss it somewhere private?"
I said this, trying to sound intimidating. But that didn't seem to have worked.
Saiki's expression darkened as he turned towards the door.
"Suit yourself"
