The two men held the couple at gunpoint, with malicious grins etched within their faces.
"W-what do you want from us...?" The father asked, clutching his shaken wife, who was scratched up due to being previously pistol-whipped.
"Oh, nothing special. Maybe your wallets, credit cards, just something of values," The male clutching the gun spoke, as he took a step closer.
"Like your quirks."
"Our qu-" The father was cut off as cold metal shot through his heart.
"Oh yeah, your lives may be worth it too." The second man said, with a Cheshire smirk across his face.
The mother shrieks in shock, clinging to her husband's corpse.
"Baby, baby please wake up," She pleaded. She sniffled and gave a spiteful glare towards her aggressors.
Before anyone could continue, a baby's whine could be heard, echoing throughout the house. The two men made eye contact and then connected with the mother's pink eyes.
"Is that a baby?" The mother's eyes widened with worry as one of the men began to search the room for a child.
"Wait! No, Please! I'll do anything, just leave my baby out of this! Please!" She began to beg and plead, as she got down in a crouching position.
The other man crouched down to her level, and yanked her hair up, forcing eye contact. She flinched as he put the same hand on her forehead, chuckling at her frightened expression.
"Anything..?" He asked, lowly.
She rapidly nods. He then began clutching her forehead, activating his quirk, ignoring the mother's screeches of anguish. His quirk allows him to steal quirks for up to a day, but all he needed was less than 5 minutes. Once the mother became weakened, the aggressor flung her head to the side and shot her 4 times in the head.
"Let's go, our work is done."He said to the other male, while getting up.
"But what about the baby?"He asks.
"Leave it to me, just wait by the back." The man said, before sprinting torwards where the noisy child laid.
