"you wanna kill all your friends?!" emma asks from behind me, eating popcorn. "you heard me." i reply and turn around. "but why? you and saebyeok look so inloveeee!" emma explains. "first of all, she has a girlfriend and 2nd of all she doesnt mean anything to me." i reply and get the popcorn from her. "thats my popcorn!" she scoffs and slaps me lightly. "anyways, we cant kill gi hun, you know that." my dad points out. "well obviously not gi hun but we can kill everyone else. gi hun was going to win in the first place." i reply and sit down on one of the black chairs.

"thats a good plan!" my dad nods, i realised that hes really into business and killing. "okay, well, if you want this plan to work you need to get back into the main room like now." emma replies and if you wanted to know she got the popcorn back, youll find out why soon. i nod and enter the big doors again, what the hell am i doing?

the doors opened and there were staff giving them the suits already, i guess the plan already started. "hey, wheres my suit?" i ask and one of them walks towards me. "this is yours." the masked man hands out the box for me to take so i obviously do.

everyone went in to the bathroom already so it was my turn and yes im currently in the bathroom. i took of my clothes and i was only left in my sports bra, i look at the glass on my stomach and it was getting worse. 1...2...3... shit, i took it out. i quickly covered the cut with a cloth and washed my face. i opened the box and the suit was there, it didnt look like how i wanted it to look like but thats fine. i put the suit on and went back in the main room.

i saw them all talking so i walked up to them, slowly. "hi seojun." gi hun greets me with a little smile on his face. "hey, could i talk to you in private?" i ask him and he nods. we went up to a corner and i begin to tell him everything.

saebyeoks pov
"why do you think she wants to talk to him in private?" i ask jiyeong, she probably doesnt give a shit since she only cares about herself, i dont know why im even with her. i was just scared, i guess. "can you just shut up about that girl already? she doesnt matter, shes literally like a spoiled brat that isnt even risking her life." jiyeong rolls her eyes and scoffs. "she isnt risking her life? what do you mean?! she literally is dying because of that glass!" i reply in disbelief. "you know you dont talk a lot but whenever its about her you talk a lot." jiyeong says, changing the topic. "youre unbelievable, stop changing the topic." i reply and look down.

"i wanna break up." i admit and look up again.  "what! no? you cant do that to me!" she replies and shakes her head. "its for the best, jiyeong." i say and walk away completely forgetting that everyone watched us breakup.

seojuns pov
it was finally time for my plan, i explained everything to gi hun and he agreed so everything was going well. i did miss out one part that i was sure i wasnt going to tell gi hun, i was going to die.

we were at the fancy thing and my father designed it well in only a few hours. there was classical music being played and there was food infront of each one of us except for jiyeong, she had an egg and water.

"tonights feast is prepared as a token of gratitude for the sacrifice and effort that you finalists have made, and to encourage you all to perform even more splendidly in the final game. now please relax and enjoy your feast." the masked manager explains.

"no fair! why do i only have egg and water?" jiyeong complains from way over the other side of the table, far from everyone else. "be grateful for everything you have." i reply and i look at everyone else eating their food, i wasnt really in the mood to eat and i didnt have strength too.

everyone started eating like a lot of food but i havent eaten at all. "are you going to eat?" saebyeok asks, she sat beside me because why not. "maybe later, im just not in the mood right now." i lied, well not all that i said was a lie but thats fine. "i know your lying.. you know that, right?" she asks to reassure, what the hell? she did? "ill talk to you when im ready." i tell her and she nods and begins to eat her food again.

the alarm started blaring, shit its starting. "theres a fire! everyone hide." a short masked staff announces, if you still dont get it, its emma. that was my que to go to the exit, i run to the exit even though my stomach hurts like hell.

i signal gi hun to come with me and he nods. we run back to the main room and see the ladder that emma placed earlier near the piggy bank with all the money in it. "we have 3 minutes before my dad comes! hurry!" i remind gi hun and he begins to climb up the ladder.

seojuns dads pov
i got my gun from the safe and went to the main room, i was supposed to come in like 3 minutes but the earlier the better, right?

emmas pov
i see my dad on his way to the main room, oh shit. "dad?" i call out for him. "yes, emma?" he asks and turns around. "uhh, i want candy!" i reply, im a bad liar, shut up. "you can get candy yourself." he replies and turns around, heading to the main room. "no! i want bonding time." i reply and smile. all this for my popcorn back?
