Today was pretty good. I had urges to s€lf h@rm again but I'm so grateful I didn't. I'm close to a year clean so that is pretty big for me. I've been pretty stressed because the substitute in my math class is giving us more work and less explanation and I don't understand the work so I have that going for me. I can't sleep although my brain thinks I'm tired.
