"Well I think it's all bullshit, there's absolutely no way a carnival can have butterflies." I said to my sister.
"My dear Sol, cheer up, I know it was difficult in school but you're done with that now! Just chill out. Personally, I think we should take a trip to the esteemed Sunset Carnival" She said waving her hands in a strange way.
Our parents enter the room just as she says that.
"What a fantastic idea" says Mother "How far away is it?"
Brienne replies "Only half an hour, it's close to the pier"
"Shall we head there today?" Father says.
"I think we should!" says Brienne cheerfully. I just roll my eyes at them.
Well this is certainly going to be an interesting day...
We arrive at 4 pm as the sun is beginning to set, it is called The Sunset Carnival for a reason. The lights are flashing and we hear the screams of people on the massive rollercoaster just ahead. Maybe it is more beautiful than I thought it would be.
My sister is heading for the line that leads to the rollercoaster.
"Absolutely not" I say with a gruff look on my face.
"But why not?" She says in return.
"Because I said so Brie" I replied.
"You snooze you lose Sol!" She said running into the distance.
I slowly turn around as my eyes lock onto a strange looking man in the distance.
His black coat flowing quietly behind him. His deep brown hair almost touches his shoulders. It appears soft and curly and perfectly set despite it's slight messiness. He turns in my direction and we lock eyes with one another. His eyes are a chocolate brown and his features symmetrical. He's the most perfect person I've ever seen...
