Three years ago on one fine evening Meera was seen sitting on a bench remorsefully. Her eyes had tears but not as much as her heart had stones. Meera's boyfriend had broken up with her and left her in that condition. Then, Meera was a girl who had just left college and searching for jobs. Like any Indian family, her family had also started looking for her future husband. Meera had always wondered her last boyfriend as her future husband, but she hardly knew that some boys find it hard to commit.
Meera was sitting with her head bow down when suddenly she felt a weight of hands in her shoulder.
"How you came so early?" The man asked. Meera had just lifted up his head to see his face but she only saw half. She again lowered down her head and answered in a low voice "I think you have mistaken me with someone else."
"Are you Sameera?" The man asked again. This time the man removed his hand from her shoulder and Meera looked at him. She was looking straight in his eyes and after a long pause she replied "No". The man lowered his eyes and said "Oh Sorry ". He got up, walked a little bit and then called someone. Meera was straight looking at him all the time. The pain of break up had vanished after seeing just once in his eyes. She was wondering who he might be.The man came back to the bench and sat down again. They were sitting at a much closer distance in which strangers never sit. "Are you with someone?" Meera, blinded by his face hardly rotate his head from left to right. He smiled and then putting his hand on the back of the bench, exactly where Meera was sitting, he pulled his face much closer to her and again asked "Can I sit here?". Meera, now completely lost in his dreams, found his question a little funny. She replied after laughing a little, "You are already sitting here". By this the man also laughed.
Meera, discovered his name was Chirag. After there first meet they seldom used to walk together. They never went on a official relationship but it was clearly seen that both were very fond of each other. After some months Chirag asked for Meera's hands and they got married. True Love began after marriage to them. Meera loved long drives, so Chirag himself learnt driving. Whatever Meera loved, brought Chirag happiness.
