Chapter one-New me

*this part I wrote in like 4th grade skip to chapter 2 for good stuff if you'd like k byee*

"Katniss wake up,Katniss wake up."Prim sings from outside my door.

I forgot that I locked my door before I went to bed.

" I'm going! Just go away from my door!" I tell her.

"Well I set you out an outfit." As she walks away.

So I look at my clock and its 7:57.

" I might be late"I jump up and run and get the outfit prim put out for me

"Katniss honey,the bus will be here in 10 minutes."

I run and get a rubber band for my hair and run downstairs

"love you." I say running out the door

Gale was at the bus stop already waiting for me.

"Hey Catnip!"Gale says when I get to the bus stop

"Hey Gale tell me about the school please!" I ask him.

" OK sense its your first day."Gale says

"Its"Gale pauses as the bus pulls up.

"Let's go!" I tell him and run to the bus.

The bus driver tilted her Glasses"and who are you?"

she asks.

"oh Mrs. Murphy this is Katniss Everdeen she is new." Gale says to her.

"oh then proceed." she says and and fixes her glasses.

"hey Catnip this is where you will sit." he tells me then sits down.

I look to the side of me and see a red-head girl with glasses staring into a book.

"who is she?" I ask Gale.

"oh that's Fox face that Is not really her name but she only talks to Threash." he says.

" O-Ok ." I tell him.

"we are here Catnip!"he says excitedly.

"YAY!!" I tell him the run off the bus.

"For your first period u have math with me." he explains to me.

"Hey fox face can you show katniss around for me?"Gale asks

"Um." then she nodded.

"Thanks see u later catnip!"Gale says and walks away.

Then a tall boy that was African-america walked up to Fox face and hugged her and kissed her on her cheek.

"Threash your OK!"she runs up and hugs him.

oh so Threash is her boy friend that's why she only talks to him.

"Oh Threash this is katniss she is friends with Gale she's new."

"Hi" I say to Threash.

"Well this is were you will get to math class Katniss I'll be here after math class."

"Bye fox face." I tell her.

"oh and by the way my real name is Ginger."

" she said and walked away.

I open the door to math class and I see gale has saved me a spot.

there are about 19 other students there and Gale knows about all of them.

"oh so your the famous Katniss." a boy says with blonde hair names Cato.

"Ya."I answered him.

It looked like Gale was the jock,the popular one like when we were little.
