In words of PDA I'd say Tom is not afraid to show he loves you while others are around. He would kiss you, hug you, hold hands, wrap an arm around your waist, literally any form of physical affection whether in public or private he will do. He always finds a way to be touching you in one way or another. He also does this as a protective measure to let any other guys know that you are his and only his.
