My POV: I woke early thanks to my dog Rhino he is a Rottweiler and is very protective of me I got up out of bed brushed my teeth then put on my school uniform I was attending an all boys boarding school along with my best friend Lawrence Talbot he and I have been best friends since kindergarten we always had each other's backs no matter what after I finished getting ready I went downstairs to the dining hall my family was very wealthy I was raised by my grandfather Lord Kelso my parents died when I very young so my grandfather raised me even though he and I never really got along well with each other when I walked into the dining hall our Butler Kindle set my breakfast down on the table
Good morning Master Dorian Kindle said
Good morning Kindle I replied
My grandfather sat at the end of the table reading the newspaper and drinking his tea he did not say good morning or anything to me as I ate breakfast
You hope you will be on your best behavior Dorian unlike that Talbot boy always causing trouble my grandfather said
Please do not talk bad about him grandfather he is my best friend I replied
I do not care he is a trouble maker and no grandson of mine going to be hanging around a trouble maker my grandfather said sternly
I glared at my grandfather as I ate my breakfast Kindle fed Rhino as well at least Kindle was not mean and did not care who I hung out with he was always good to me unlike my grandfather who was always mean and everything else I do not even know why he raised me he could have at any point sent me to an orphanage and said that I was dead to him but he has not done that thank goodness as I finished my breakfast Kindle came over with my jacket
Master Dorian we must hurry or we will be late for school Kindle said holding my school staff
Alright I'am coming I replied
I got up and followed Kindle to the front door as I was getting into the Lincoln limousine which was the family car Rhino came running out with my lunchbox I opened the door and took my lunchbox and petted him on the head
Thank you and I will see you when I get home "alright boy? I replied
Rhino barked happily and I smiled happily then Kindle closed the door to the car and we drove away I sat back in the seat excited to see my best friend
