"Omg Wanda I knew he would propose", Amara said after Wanda told her about how Andrew proposed. The two are at Wanda's house just chilling and doing best friend shit. "Of course he would, we both know that he loves me with all of his heart", Wanda said, holding up her hand for Amara to see the shiny diamond ring that rested on her middle finger. Wanda sometimes wondered how he managed to snag such an expensive ring because his job doesn't pay THAT much. He owns a cafe. And that's where she first met him, in that cafe.
*FLASHBACK*
Wanda was called by one of her clients to meet up at the cafe so they could head over to his place. She went to order a coffee before leaving and that's when she first saw Andrew. She immediately fell in love with his eyes and his warm smile. Andrew smelled like coffee and Wanda absolutely loved it. She wanted to talk to him but she knew that she couldn't be in a relationship. She knew that her job would probably affect her love life but she didn't care. Wanda is the type to go with her heart and not her mind. She had never felt so instantly attracted to someone. She knew he was special. The way he made her feel must've meant something.
"Here ya go," he said, giving her her coffee.
"Thank you," she replied with a smile.
As he was handing it to her, their hands touched and there was an instant connection. They stared at each other for a short while because they both felt that. That connection. That spark. They smiled at each other before Wanda had to go. And since that day, Wanda kept going back to the cafe. Just to see him again. They would talk for so long. He would walk her home. They tried to deny their feelings for one another but it was so obvious. Anyone who knew them could tell that they were in love. So after months of knowing each other, they made it official. They went on cute dates at the beach, brunch picnics, arcades, and the best part is that they were always having fun when they were together. #couplegoals
"By the way, why didn't you pick up the phone yesterday? Do you know how much I was dying to hear the tea!"Amara asked, obviously disappointed.
"Come on, I was at Andrew's".
"Oh, so you did the dirty, didn't you?."
"Oh shut up", Wanda said laughing and punching her bestie in a playful way.
The two were stopped by Wanda's phone ringing. It was from a number she didn't recognize. Oh well, it's time to get freaky, Wanda thought as she picked up the phone."Hello?" She said into the phone. A low voice of a male responded,
" Hello, is this Wanda Johnson?".
"Yes, that's me", she replied.
"I, uh, found your number on the Smash App." (smash stands for smash many awesome sexy hoes lmaooo)
"Oh, okay, so where do you wanna meet?" Wanda asked,
"Come to Hotel deLuxel at 7:00 P.M. tonight, I'll text you the room number once you arrive."
"Okay, that's great, I'll text you once I get there", Wanda said as she hung up.
"I gotta go gurl" Wanda told Amara.
"Awww already! Did you get a job call? What time?"
"Yeah, I'm supposed to be there by seven"
"Seven? But that's two hours away, just stay a little bit longer"
"Amara, the place I'm going is quite far"
"Okay, I'll stay over then?"
"Yeah sure, lemme just touch up my makeup and change then i'll get going"
Wanda did her makeup and wore a tight black dress that showed her small body and exposed each curve. She threw on glittery, black lace heels and put on her favorite perfume. To anyone, she was a breathtaking sight.

"Alright, I'll be going now," Wanda said to Amara as she took her car keys.
"Damn girl, you be looking like a snack",
"Nuh-uh, I'm a whole damn meal," Wanda said, and the two laughed.
Wanda got into her white Tesla and searched up the directions for Hotel deLuxe. One hour away she thought with a sigh and then blasted 'Yikes' by Niki Minaj.
