Chapter 2:
School bag, check. Lunch money, check. School books, check. Lookin' good, I glanced in the mirror, double check. It was a bit colder than yesterday, so I’m wearing a pair of jeans, a baggy T-shirt with my leather motorbike jacket, and a grey beanie. To be honest I was kind of nerves for my first day of school, I wonder what the people will be like.
"Nick your gong to be late for school if you don't leave soon." I looked at my alarm clock, 8:36, crap. I ran downstairs, grabbed my helmet and went outside. "Hey, Cindy," I said as I saw her getting into her light blue mini.
"Hi, are you ready for your first day?"
"Ready as I’ll ever be," I replied getting onto my motorbike.
"Il see you at school then."
"Ok, bye" I shouted, just as I was taking off.

"Hannah hobo?"
"Here."
"John Miller?"
"Here."
"Nick Piper?"
"Here," I called out. I was in my 3rd class of the day, English. Not much has happen so far today, well nothing exciting that is. Next was lunch, YAY.
"Right, today were going were going to start a new class project." Suddenly the class erupted into whispers, wanting to choose a good partner. "Before you all get to excited, I’m going to tell you who your partners are." Everyone in the class moaned at that exacta moment, everyone but me. I’d rather not be the only one without a partner.
"Sarah, you’ll be with Blake. Hannah with Olivia, Peter with Clare. Nick with, umm... you’ll go with Christie." I Drowned-out what he said next to look at Christie. She had medium length brown hair, matching freckles and green eyes. Mmm, she’s kind of cute.
"Everyone please move to your partners." Christie immediately got up from here seat, and sat in the one wooden chair next to mine.
"Hi." She said looking shy.
"Hey," I replied. We sat in an awkward silence for a few moments.
When suddenly Christie burst out, "Is it true, the roomers that is!?!?"
"Umm, what roomers?" I said confused.
"O umm.... never mind it’s none of my business any way, sorry," she said looking down at her hands in her lap, a slight blush on her cheeks. Well that was strange.

When I walked into the cafeteria just after the lunch bell everything seemed normal, which is until some lanky guy with glasses and bad skin pointed and yelled out, "That's him!" Everyone stared at me, some guys in awe, some glaring. Some of the cheerleader sent flirtatious looks my way, and I smirked to myself.
"I herd he killed someone."
"Apparently he was going to go to jail."
"He's quiet cute."
I tried to ignore the whispers as I went to go buy my lunch. Most people were back to eating and gossiping, but a few were still glaring at me with looks of discussed on their faces by the time I had finished getting my discussing looking slop that the school called lunch. I looked at a table with about six guys sitting at, and recognised a guy from my P.E class.
