Se7en~ Slaughter!!!

The trio returned to their flat with their spare keys, everything was messed up. They understood it was Yamu who had done all this. They saw her sitting on the couch with her eyes closed and went to console her.

Harsh: Yamu please don't lose hope, we will try some other way.......

Yamu: Nothing's gonna work.....for the first time I got a good case, a new hope but now I lost everything.

Imran: Don't lose hope Yam....sorry ma'am, when we lose something good we will get something better. However, we have the details of that drug they have used, we can trap them using it.

Bhoomi: Drug??? What are you talking about?

Imran: Gamma hydroxybutyrate, I think you know about it.

Bhoomi: Yeah, it's a depressent and is highly euphoric, causes hallucinations too. But why  Dr. Shehnaaz will use it??? Ohh might be it's for patients and she uses it as painkiller.

Harsh: Damn positive thinking🙄 (in a low tone)

Bhoomi: What?

Harsh: Nothing, I meant your positive thinking deserves  an award but not at this moment 🙂. When we saw it with our own eyes that it was an illegal business going on and you still believe everything's fine 😣😣.

Imran: Cool down....don't be so harsh Harsh, I know all of us are frustrated and need a break. How about celebrating our first failure?

Yamu: Failures celebrating failure as a special occassion......whatever??

Bhoomi: Nice idea....always staying depressed is not our cup of tea. Come get ready all of you...let's go celebrate.

All of them get ready and go to a hotel, they have their dinner and they saw a juice stall on their way back. Bhoomi saw someone familiar in the shop, but ignored the thought . All  the four ordered drinks of their choice and started drinking.

Next Morning,

A slaughter house is seen, skinned meat, slaughtered animals hanging all around. Blood smeared on the walls, there's a lot of commotion outside...police sirens, ambulances, the factory owner is tensed and labour strike going on infront of the factory. The police enterd inside to check what had happened, they look at the dead animals hanging and suddenly they see....a corpse wrapped in plastic hanging in between the lamented beasts. They brought it down to the ground and sent it for autopsy, the factory was sealed.

Again the autopsy report was the same but this time performed by other pathologists since Harsh and Bhoomi had resigned their jobs that morning. The case was again registered under the old ones and it was the same old never ending investigation again.

Imran was the only one working now, he got ready as usual and left to work. Yamu sitting on the couch lost, Bhoomi lying unconscious on the bed, Harsh suffering from high fever lying on the bed with her eyes open and just shivering in fear.

From a window of a building nearby, a person is watching their flat and smirking.

Person: I told you not to mess with me coz.....coz am very bad than you think( and he starts laughing devilishly)

What happened that night? Why did Harsh and Bhoomi resign? What's the reason behind their fear? Who's the person watching them? 😈
