In the other side, there's an unnamed civilization which was lived by several people who are referred as "The Looters". This civilization lies in a wasteland outside the city walls which was originally towns and cities, these places have been destructed by the great nuclear event in the end of the war mentioned at the first part which caused these places to be abandoned. Most of civilians or looters out there are bunch of insane men after getting succumbed to the Citeria infection causing them to be insane..
These looters are originally normal people until a Citeria Virus epidemic caused by nuclear fallout occurs in the place they currently live at the moment, most of civilians were left to be abandoned out there by ANSICO inhumanly. What happened back then really rage their souls and they rebelled against the civilization inside these huge walls of Parasaur City since they couldn't forget the tragic past they've experienced before. The civilization has been so chaotic recently since these insane looters usually fight each other till' death or ruthlessly, the leader of this civilization is technically mysterious but we'll go over that later. This civilization daily life is truly complicated since what they do is to survive and survive, nothing else they could do rather than eating each other flesh just to stay awake from death due to how fatal the live is out there. There was an untold story about a group of ANSICO Troopers exploring the wasteland and they were never found, one of the soldier was infected by Citeria Virus after taking his gas mask off and he started attacking his teammates which forced the other soldier to shoot him and it made the looters knew they were here and that was the last time these soldiers were found. Every single of them were never seen anymore.
The other side of the walls, there's a guy who refers himself 'Konboo' or the Master. Everyday Konboo would collect anything like metal or scrap parts outside the walls, he's usually far from the society he's living in and he seemed to be different than the other infected. We're still unsure what has caused him to be like this but it doesn't sounds like the virus itself is controlling him, he claimed he has the stolen formula which acts as a temporary drug for the infection of Citeria. It's true that a drug or temporary medicine for Citeria Virus exists and it was named 'Netron'. The product itself was specifically made for the sick in Parasaur City since the city itself has been affected by this pathogenic virus, the actual cure for Citeria virus hasn't been discovered these days. At a point, Konboo walked out of the primary Installation or outside the main territory of this unnamed Civilization to gather some metal scraps for his own good, soon he meets another looter who threatens him for the bag he's carrying. Because of that they start fighting each other physically, that boy kicks him in his face so Konbo pulled over and hits that boy critically.. The boy fell and Konbo quickly grabs the sickle he got and then he stabbed that boy several times in the chest until that boy lost his self consciousness. After fighting him, Konboo proceed moving while his clothes are being covered by blood.
Konbo kept moving and he looked around his surroundings, everything is a wasteland and it felt like walking around abandoned ghost towns. Soon he arrives in a small neighborhood town and there were like 3 people there, he walked to a Scarlet Parrot guy and he touched the guy's right shoulder, that parrot began facing behind to Konbo and then Konbo was surprised for a second. "You were here this whole time, Five?" he spoke while glaring at the parrot guy. "This IS my home." that guy spoke less loudly and turns out they knew each other, so basically the mentioned parrot guy is named 'Five'.. Konboo and Five knew each other since the Second Clown War, let's say that Five was created and hired by Konbo for an unimportant mission assigned by Konbo himself. Five was covered in blood as well and the way they speak sound like a mad man overall, anyways Five starts asking Konbo to follow him somewhere inside a 'barn' and so he did, Konboo followed Five along the way inside the Barn and they met a person in brown coat wearing a beanie hat on his head. Five called him roughly and that person turned back- "Who's that guy with you?!" the person asked and then Five introduced him to Konboo. "Meet Zoki, dear forelord." and after introducing him, they began talking to each other about things and particularly the past incident. While talking, they seemed so psychopathic to each other and their expression is like they really want to kill each other.
KONBOO: "Bastards left us lying on the street of nowhere else, it would be lovely if it's just us."
KONBOO: "The government fuckin lied to us and now they built a great walls against some ants? I AM the tarantula."
FIVE: "My lord, I wouldn't kiss your ass just now so just go fuck yourself."
FIVE: "Is that right, Zoki? The way we've been mistreated for far too long and I felt so incredible after possessing a power inside of me."
FIVE: "... *hit Zoki's back* Did you just got your mouth stitched? How wonderful."
ZOKI: "I'm not a mute so just shut it."
FIVE: "Maybe I forgot to bring some nails with me."
KONBOO: "It's a fair game for a simple mad man, take it and leave it. No way some troops would fear us with their futuristic weaponry."
FIVE: "You really get that right, glorious headmaster."
They kept talking and talking. Regarding these 3 mad men, they were succumbed to Citeria infection and let's say that they've entered the 3rd stage of Citeria which is really rare, any user who has entered the 3rd stage will be able to control themselves unconditionally and they'll become more to sadistic. The virus has completely destroy their brain cells and it mutates the whole body, while talking.. Zoki's veins are turning really dark like a dark liquid is inside of him, his eyes then suddenly become a bit darker rather than usual. At this point we knew that Citeria symptoms has become so fatal and unexplainable. Also most of people outside the walls have died due to the infection, Citeria will either way destroy the brain cells or completely destroy the whole brain in 2nd stage which would cause the host to either live or die.
In the midst of talking, suddenly Konbo mentioned a plan about rioting against these people and he explained how Netron drug works. "Inject one product of this drug and it'll cease your pain and take your self consciousness away, just like how they would treat an unrested patient in a hospital but the case if far from that. Trust me we could save the world with these Netrons." Konbo explained unknowingly to Zoki and Five, Zoki believed Konbo but Five is arrogant as hell so he didn't believe what Konboo just told him. Soon Konbo grabbed Five's hammer and points it at Five but Five didn't mind it and he just walks away from the bar. Couple minutes later, Konbo walks away from the town to get back to Aurora City (a settlement) with some scrap metals to build something as his way to stop these looters from killing each other. Basically he made it through the settlement of Aurora City and then these looters stop fighting to greet Konboo. They refer Konbo as "lord" or "God" because Konbo is actually the leader of the Civilization this whole time, they kept giving compliment to him and then he yells "SILENCE!" and everybody quickly become quiet. Konboo jumps on a car's rooftops and starts informing something to the looters or 'followers' which he sometimes refer them as.
"The dawn.. Is COMING! And at this point.. They knew they couldn't hide from us, the looters. They'll be doomed when we figure it all out. Inside these great walls of heaven.. They has a piece of Netron which was used as a medicine for us all, but instead they USE it for their own goods! The gate of Armageddon is waiting infront and shall we confront it by walking through the endless darkness. Larga vida a la V.." after that the crowd chant the last sentence he said, it seems like Konbo is really planning for something great. But ANSICO is confident enough to think they won't be able to get past the walls so easily. Several minutes later, he gets off the car rooftops and walk past these crowd.. He walked far away from the crowd until.. He reached the outskirt of the settlement, he saw a huge walls in front of him so he proceed walking forward nearby the walls. He saw several people looting there and he finally reaches dead end. He sit on these giant rock with his flare and he realized the infection is taking over him again, he starts covering his face and then he screams loudly right in front of these walls.
