Can't something just work for once?!

I threw the flashlight behind me.

"Wouldn't you like to die without any pain?" I heard.

"Yeah sure, but not now. I'm busy" I scoffed.

"You saw that grave from before? It was yours. I made a place for you to rest forever. So tell me 'yes' "

I turned around and saw a boy around. He was wearing a white shirt, blue jeans with braces, red scarf and something that looked like a pumpkin. He was holding a shovel.

"We finally meet, Y/n. I'm Eddie"

"I'm Y- oh hello Eddie!" I was still shocked from his appearance.

"You don't have to run away. I won't try to kill you out of blue, like those others. Especially that Zack. He's so messy about killing people. He has no aesthetic at all" Eddie spoke.

"What are you taking about? Zack saved me from the doctor. I think you don't know-"

"Don't worry. I know you well. I know what happened to your mom and dad and everyone else around you"

"Haha same"

"I know everything" he said. It almost made me laugh.

"Oh really? Then why am I here?" I asked still holding back my laughter.

"You don't remember?" Eddie asked.

"Obviously. I think it's a kind of punishment for what I did but-" I said.

"That's not important! More importantly, I can give you a painless death, and I can even make the perfect grave for you" he offered.

What?

Why the hell would I want that?

"Hey, why aren't you saying anything? Come on, please, Y/n... Tell me 'yes' "

He was getting closer and closer which made me back away. You would be surprised how scary can kids be.

"What is there to be unsure of?" he spoke.

I bumped to a wall.

"I'm not unsure. I don't want to die!"

"Oh, this is infuriating! Is it because of him? Why are you with Zack? Do you like him?"

My face heated up.

"W-what?! I'll help him to get out of here because he saved me" I said, covering my face.

"Well, what if I'll kill you?"

"I'll die and Zack will never get outta here"

"That's not a problem at all! Who cares what happens to a guy like that?"

Suddenly we heard banging from the other side of the wall.

"Hey! Can you hear me?! Are you in there?" he yelled.

"Zack!" I exclaimed out of happiness.

"Ugh, that voice is absolutely grating. Y/n... I'll give you beautiful, blessed rest"

"What you call your 'aesthetic' is pretty damn vague! You're gonna kill her like that?! What's wrong with you?!" Zack kept yelling.

"I'm trying to have a conversation with Y/n-"

"Shut up coconut head!" Zack cutter Eddie off with a pretty good insult.

I giggled.

"Hey, can you hear me? I mean you, bitch!"
