chapter one

"Hey Yena!" the girl with magenta hair, Yena turn around when heard someone was calling her. She adjust her glasses.

"Umm.. Y-Yiren.." Yena mumbled. A girl with black hair walked to her and crossed her arms.

"What d-do you want?" ask Yena. Yiren sighed. "I need you to do my homework. Ms. Cheon was so mad at me because you didn't finished my homework!"

Yiren yelled and some students look at them. Yena gulped.

Slowly, she nodded. "O-Okay. I will do it for y-you. Tomorrow I will give your homeworks." Yiren smirked.

She take her books and threw it to Yena. Make the books fell off on the floor. Yena looked down and take the books.

"Let's go, Yiren." said her friend, Goeun. Yiren nods and they walk leaving Yena alone.

Yena sighed heavily. She takes the books and quickly leave the place. Without knowing someone was watching her.

She sighed. Feel pity to Yena. She then also leave the place.

Yena walked alone to her house. She just look around her. Yena lowered her head.

"If you were here mom.." Yena mumbled. She bite her lips and look in front of her. Suddenly, a girl with long hair was in front of her make Yena stopped from walking.

The girl smiled to her. Yena gulped. "W-Who are you?" asked Yena. The girl leaned closer to her. Yena stepped back.

"Don't be scared with me." said the girl. Yena slowly nodded.

"I'm Jo Yuri. Your name must be Choi Yena, am I right?"

Yena feel weird. "How did you know my name?" asked Yena. Yuri giggles.

"Everyone knows that you being bullied by Yiren and Goeun, Yena." answer Yuri. Yena nodded.

"S-So, you're here cause you w-want me to do your homeworks too?" asked Yena, her voice are shaking.

Yuri softly laughed and she shook her head. "What? Of course not, Yena! I'm not a bullier." said Yuri.

Yena sigh of relief and she smiled. Yuri saw it. "Wow first time I saw you smiling."

Yena chuckles and scratch her cheeks.

"Y-Yeah because you're the only one who want to talk with me." Yuri smiles as she nodded.

"Mind to walk at the park with me?" asked Yuri, she looked down.

Yena found it cute, she nodded. "Sure!"

"I always saw you being bullied with them. I feel pity on you. Why did you have to listen to them?"

Yena sighed as she heard what Yuri asked to her.

Yuri look at her, she just holding the ice cream without eat it. Yena lowered her head.

"If I didn't listen to them, they will talk ill about my mom. I don't want it. So I have to listen to them." answer Yena weakly.

Yuri raised her brow. "Talk about what?" Yena look at her, she was unsure to tell Yuri. But since Yuri is her first friend, she will tell her.

"That m-my mom.. she killed herself because she don't want to live with me again. I'm the r-reason she died. She tired with me." Yuri shocked and Yena looked down.

"S-Sorry to hear that but why she get tired of you?" asked Yuri carefully. Yena shrugged her shoulder.

"She shy have a nerd daughter like me. She never likes me." after said that, Yena's tears fall down at her cheeks.

Yuri who saw it panicked. She don't know what to do, at the end she just cupped Yena's face and wipe the tears away.

Yena shocked but she didn't pushed the girl.

Yuri smiled to her. "Don't worry. Now you have me. I will always be by your side starting for now."

Yuri smiled softly. Make Yena's heart feel warm.

"R-Really?" Yuri giggles and she nodded once again. Yena smiles.

"Now, let's go home. I will accompany you." said Yena as they stood up. Yuri nodded.

Then, they walked leaving the park with talking together.

Yena just staring Yuri while the latter was busy talking to her. She smiled.

I think I like you, Yuri.

"THANK you, Yena." said Yuri and she smiled. Yena chuckles.

"No problem. I'm happy thanks to you, Yuri." Yuri looked down as she feel shy. She laughed to covered her nervous.

"N-Nahh it's not like that." Yena giggles. Then she clear her throat.

"I will go now. See you tomorrow." Yuri look at her. "You too." they bid a goodbye and Yena walked leaving Yuri's house.

Yuri smiled and after Yena is gone, she jumped happily and scream. Yuri quickly get inside her house.
