The Party

Lukes POV

I woke up to the sun shinning through my hotel window. As I sat up I reached for my iPhone. I pulled it into my sight a saw I got a text! It said "Hey Luke! This is Ariana! :] xoxo" I slid my phone back down on the night stand feeling bubbly inside. I rushed and put on a fresh outfit, and placed my wallet in my pocket. I then picked up my phone and replied to Ariana. After sending the message I went down to the lobby of the hotel and caught a taxi to a near by Starbucks.

Ariana's POV

As soon as I felt my phone go off I grabbed it as fast as I could- hoping it was Luke replying. When I saw it wasn't him, I was a little disappointed! I saw a message from Liz that said "Huge party at Victoria's house tonight. Bring EVERYONE!" I giggled. I had an idea of who I wanted to bring... and just then my phone when off again. It was Luke this time, he had wrote "Hey! Glad you got my number. We were kind of rushed yesterday, so I didn't have a chance to personally tell u it!<3" OMG. I felt my stomach tingle. I replied and invited him to the party. Luke replied right away "I would love too." Oh boy! Tonight's gonna be AMAZING.

I went shopping with Frankie today and I bought loads of stuff! I trampled through the door and sat my bags down. I looked up at the clock. 4:36pm. What!?!? The party starts at 5:25!! I dashed up the stairs digging into my closet, looking for a cute dress. I tossed several aside before I found the perfect one. It was a sun dress, a little shorter than my knee, with a floral pattern on it. I slipped in to it and plugged my curling iron in. I roamed around my room while it heated up and found a pair of light pink heels that matched my dress perfectly. I slipped them on, and did my hair, topping it with a pink bow. I pulled out my makeup bag and redid my eyeliner and mascara, and carefully applied bright red lipstick. I didn't want to look to dressed up, but not causal either. I looked up at the clock. 5:16pm. Luke will be here any minute now, so I walked down stairs. I took a small pink purse with me for my phone. That's when I heard a knock at the door. I untwisted the doorknob and saw Luke in dress shirt, and dress pants. Handsome!

Lukes POV

As Ariana opened the door, I gasped! She was beautiful! I handed her a white rose, and complimented her dress. She seemed impressed by my outfit! Score! ;] I grabbed her hand and walked her to the taxi- not the most romantic thing, but its only a five minute drive. She giggles as I hold the taxi door for her and she climbs inside. "I'm really happy your coming with me! I know we just met and all but I think your an amazing guy." Ariana gushed. I blushed hoping it wasn't noticeable. "Your an amazing girl, and I'm happy you invited me!" I say back. I hear Ariana giggle to herself, and I wrap my arm around her. She looks up at me and we just sit in silence- but the good kind. When we arrive I help Ari out of the taxi. We hear loud music blasting already. I take her hand into mine and we head in.

It was very crowded, and very few places to sit, so I let Ariana sit in my lap. After a few minutes I ask Ariana to dance. Hand in hand we walk to the dance floor. I wrapped my arms around her waist, and she locked her arms around my neck. We dance for what seemed like forever, when I finally leaned in and kissed her.

Ariana's POV

Luke leaned in and kissed me. I kissed back and felt sparks, like I have never had before. When he finally pulled away I looked in his eyes and he cuddled me in a hug. That's when I heard heard her voice. "Excuse me, um Luke, I don't think your girlfriend will be happy when I show her this picture I just took of you kissing Ariana." I sank out of Luke's arms, feeling tears run down my face. Girlfriend? I should have known better than to fall for a guy I barely even know! I ran out of the party bawling waving for the nearest taxi. I heard Luke calling after me. Why should I turn around? He just broke my heart. I hopped in a a taxi cab and had them drive me home. I went straight to bed, and the next morning I got a text from Luke.
