Lost (Ereri)

Chapter 2

Levi's POV 

"Let's narrow our goals to one. First, forget about taking her down." I said

"she has killed so many of our comrades!" she opposed 

"its impossible. she has the ability to harden her skin. do as I say." I stated

"we're going to set all our hopes on eren being alive, and rescue him before she leaves the forest. ill do the cutting, you distract her" I instructed

after saying that, we split into 2 different directions I head towards her and got ready my blades and positioned my hands to do an attack. 

she swiftly turned around and tried to punch me, but I dodged and spun my body, rolling across her arm with my blades cutting it, I then took my swords and stab both her eyes, then cut her body and her legs to decrease her movements. I then cut her hand covering her neck, making her fall onto the ground. 

I sliced her elbow covering her nape before she hardens, and cut her other shoulder. I sliced her upper body continuously, until she let go of her nape. 

suddenly, I saw mikasa heading towards her nape, but the titan's hand almost hit her, so I dived and blocked the attack. in the process of doing that, I twisted my ankle, pain filled my ankle, but I ignored the pain and sliced her jaw, revealing eren covered in titan saliva. I swiftly grabbed eren from the titan's mouth, then retreated to a tree with mikasa. 

"eren..." she called 

"he's alive, but filthy." I assured

"forget about her now. you need to withdraw with eren while I look for the others." I told her

"don't lose sight of what this operation is about. is wallowing in self-indulgence more important?" I questioned while looking at the titan. 

"hes a dear friend to you, isn't he? then, bring him back to calaneth district" I stated.

then, I passed eren's body to mikasa, and went to look for the other soldiers in the forest. 

I went around the forest while searching for the other soldiers. I reached the end of the forest and was met with a cliff. seeing this, I turned my body and wanted to turn back.

suddenly, my grapple hooks didn't come out from the ODM gear, and I started falling down the cliff. I panicked and started pressing the trigger many times, hoping for the grapple to come out, but it was to no avail. 

I started tumbling down the cliff and my left knee met with the ground. I heard a crack coming from my knee and intense pain filled my knee. 

suddenly. my head hit something hard and my vision turned blurry 

"help..." those were the words I whispered before my vision became black.
