prologue

" Honey we have no choice ,this is our last option" .
Was what i could hear my husband say, I looked at my husband thinking ' do I have any other choice'
I slowly spread my arms out mumbling some spells which made my eyes go white . from the outer part of my house I could see and army of sages and witches surrounding us .
Trust me there were not just sage and witches but the strongest of our kind . I snapped back to reality when my husband called me with sorry lacing his words.
" Yes honey we have to do it " I said with finality i took my daughter in my arms and muttered to
Myself ' we have to do this for u darling' I fought the tears threatening to fall from my eyes. " Sabrina you are going to the academy to learn and become the greatest of your kind and you shall bring justice to this kingdom" I said amiss tears . I examined her beautiful blue eyes for the last time and then gave my husband a final nod.
With that me and my husband put our hands together and I muttered a very strong and forbidden spell blue and orange lights began to dance around us as my hair blew with force due to the power emitting from me and my husband ,the ground shook fiercely and I began changing more spells, soon the blue lights started surrounding sabrina she cried from the impact,but then after a while the lights decended into her body .
I almost fell from the Impact if  not for my husband who steadied me .
Me and my husband just casted a spell to seal our powers into Sabrina's body,and hide her from any evil until she is found my her destined guardian.
With my last strength I stood up back," no I am not going to die like this I am the queen of the witches and even without my powers I am strong ,I and my husband looked at ourselves and like as if passing a secret message we nodded our head in sync .
What's the worst that could happen we are the strongest of our kind after all and even without our powers we will fight till our last breathe.
And with that I and my husband drew our swords and stepped out to the enemy, thought and behold standing there is my husband brother the prince of the sages ( with my husband being the king ).

My husband POV
After sealing my powers in my daughter I finally feel at peace. Even though it is evident that me and my wife will loose we can't just give up. I and my brother are the last sages from the royal family I became the king as due to the customs but my bro never went well with it . He has gone round to gather allies and now want to kill me and my peaceful family,surely he doesn't stand a chance with me in combat but I have to protect my daughter first.
I drew my sword with my wife ready to fight till the end.
On coming out i saw my brother with is military attair and his fully weaponed soldiers .
Upon seeing me and my wife he laughed like a mad man because I could not find anything funny.
He then spoke" after all these years trying to kill you brother now is my chance , you were always the perfect one the one with the best swordsmanship ,the greatest powers , the best looks everything and then you I only asked for one thing the throne but you being you, you refused to let it go,but today I shall have it by all means." He said with anger and frustration evident in his voice.
I let out a deep chuckle before speaking" you were given great powers , and u were good at fighting but u were to busy being jealous to improve on your self  and your reasoning is not left out how on earth will I live my throne for you " I said now being angry.
My brother just shrugged and gestured for his army to attack " it doesn't matter when you are going to die anyways "he said smirking.
Then they attacked and as if being controlled like a puppet I slashed jumped dodge and fought like a beast and my wife wasn't an exception she fought as though she was born for war ,we killed and killed but they kept coming.
Kneeling down with one new obviously exhausted, my wife placed her hands above mine and casted one last spell,it was no surprise since she is a queen, soon afterwards the ground began to shake, it opened in cracks and I could see soldiers being sucked downwards ,my wife collapsed before me and we both at the edge of death smiled and held our hands "   She will be as great as you are my dear" my wife said as tears tricked down her eyes,and has we watched each other the darkness finally and gradually came over us and that is how we
