His footsteps quickened as the dismissal bell rang. The doors of the classrooms open and pooled out enthusiastic students chatting about their weekend plans as the greenette slipped out the building. The fast red sneakers slowed to a stop as he rounded the corner, his fists gripping his bag straps with jealousy. There she was, Ochako Uraraka, the love of his life, talking to bolts of electricity for brains. Izuku's eyes lit up with rage and jealousy as he saw the blonde elbow his future girlfriend wiggling his eyebrows while she blushed. His sudden urge of rage melted into...excitement? This must be what Toga was telling me about. thought Izuku. His feet retraced the steps it had taken and went in the next direction. This direction was at least 2 yards from the alley way but Ochako and Denki were in the way of the shorter way so Izuku sucked it up and walked down the street. The breeze graced his sweaty forehead after the first yard and a quarter. His feet ached and his knees felt like jello. Thank gosh there was a gas station right beside him. Izuku stepped into the store as the heavenly cold air swirled around his body and engulfed him. Immediately after his little heaven's gates visit, his nose was stuffed with the smell of...was that katsudon? Oh gosh. He knew he had enough for a cold beverage and katsudon and he was going to use that privilege. Izuku rushed over with his usual almost bunny like smile, happy and hungry.
Happily skipping down the street to his destination with his bowl of food in a plastic bag was Izuku. Humming his favorite song as he made his final turn. Leaning against the wall was Toga, pouting. Her eyes caught Izuku's silhouette skipping. "Bout time you showed, Izu-kun! I almost thought you got caught or something." "Not in a million years, Himiko. If I go down, you're going down with me." "Pfft. Yeah right." The two chatted for an hour eating what Izuku bought and brought. The conversation shifted from how their day was to what life would be like with no quirks to the Denki and Ochako issue. "Hey Izu-kun?" "Yeah?" "Why'd you take so long in the first place?" His cocked eyebrow dropped and furrowed. Swallowing a pork cutlet, Izuku's pinks lips shifted into a frown as he gritted the story through his teeth. "That blonde idiot with that black lighting bolt was talking to MY future love! She even blushed at him! I don't know what's so interesting about him." Izuku rolled his eyes as the sentence rolled off his tongue. Himiko sat there in utter shock before her slightly opened jaw twisted into a toothy grin. "Have you ever thought of killing him?" "What the hell?! Of course not!" He sat there as Toga giggled. "Kill off the competition as they say! Take back what's yours!" Himiko encouraged Izuku. Izuku's eyes darted anywhere else but hers, thinking of what she said. Kill off the competition? How?
The day had passed and dusk fell upon Musutafu. An orange and hot pink shade rested upon the sky as Izuku trudged back to the dormitory. He was STILL in deep thought about Himiko's advice. Like c'mon my boy it ain't that deep. But his mind cleared itself when he opened the door. Huh. No one in the common area. Weird. He wasn't even complaining. Slipping out of his sneakers and into his slippers he waltzed over to the elevator. Once in the metallic gold enclosure he pressed his level and leaned on the back wall as the doors closed. Izuku sighed, staring at the flickering light bulb. He pulled out his phone and examined his phone case. It needed to change like REALLY bad. Thing was musty n' smelled like soggy stale cheese puffs. The boy gagged at the scent and took off the casing as the elevator dinged. Izuku then stepped out and walked straight to the hallway garbage to throw the infectious disease carrying case away. He'd rather his phone break than smell that. That didn't matter because he has a next phone case. 'Freckles' dug through his bag for his dorm keys before sticking it into the lock and unlocking the room. As soon as he shut his door, his light flicked on. I'm not talking bout 8 seconds of silence then light. I'm talking 00.1 seconds of silence. The soul inside the spotted skin jumped away for a second before it returned and turn the body to the light switch. Izuku then rubbed his temples. THE SCHOOL DORMS HAD MOTION SENSOR LIGHTS! The yellow bag was tossed onto the couch as Izuku headed to his bathroom to wash up.
