Diego's POV:
Seeing Selvaggia so stressed I took a hold of her hand while Emanuele was performing.
She looked over to me, not really knowing what to say, or do, but I just smiled at her and surprisingly it worked because she smiled back, calmed then a minute ago.
After a few seconds Tini came up from behind me which meant that it was my time to get changed for my performance.
When I stood up Selvaggia looked a bit sad, but I just whispered:
- I'll be right back.
And with that I quickly sneaked away and a few minutes later back in full suit, standing at the edge of the rink.
It was break before Clari and Emanuele got their points so meanwhile Selvaggia has also been got ready for this performance, but no one told her what will happen.
- Seriously?! What's going on here?!
- You'll see it soon - said the make-up artist who just finished fixing her make-up before continue.
Then we continued.
The jury was giving the points which didn't seem too right to me as that dickhead got 3 points and both me and Selvaggia were shaking our heads at the same time.
- Seems like Diego got something against this - Milly added after her speech.
- Of course I did! - I groaned - Clara and Marco were so much better!
- You're saying this because Clara is your best friend! - hissed Ventura and Pession at the same time.
- Actually they were indeed better - Selvaggia interrupted and Liorni was nodding.
All the other jury members were acting really weird after this as the show went on, but I didn't have time to care.
It was my time now.
- Well now... - Milly continued after both couples left the place - Diego, can you come here, please?
- I'm right here! - I said as I went next to her.
