Even though you had said goodbye to them, you had a feeling it wasn't the last that you would ever see them.

You went downstairs to the sitting room after you had gotten ready for bed and put Yuka to bed, it was quite late now, but as tired as you were, you still couldn't sleep so you decided to lie on the couch, where you wouldn't be likely to wake up your aunt or your sister.

You stopped and turned to look at your phone, that had been laying on your bedside table, untouched since you had come back from the festival, hesitantly you reached out your hand out to grab it, before realising that there was no point, it's not like you had much to do on your phone anyways, nobody had texted you since the first day of the holidays, excluding 3-E that is, but you didn't want to bother them after the festival, since they had already done so much for you, you didn't want to come across as obsessive or clingy, so you refrained yourself from waiting until someone messaged on the chat and responding to a majority of the messages.

You sat down on the couch, thinking about your 'friendship' group and started wondering about how, all though you were all friends, they all seemed to have stronger bonds with each other than they did with you. You wondered about the countless amount of times where you were left alone with one of them, where instead of a fun conversation, or any conversation in general, you were instead greeted by the deafening silence, which seemed to drown you as you didn't want to try sparking a conversation for the fear that they may find you to be annoying, as others had done in the past.

You snapped yourself out from those thoughts by telling yourself that you were probably just overthinking things, your 'friends' probably just wanted to spend time with their families for the holidays....yeah, that's it, they just wanted to spend some time on whatever they were doing at the moment. You had repeated this to yourself throughout the whole summer holidays as during the earlier days of the holiday, you had been waiting for some sort of contact from the group, you had sent a message to them on the chat, asking them how their holidays had been, only to receive 2 or 3 answers.
