THE FIRST SCENE. ARIANNA P.OV
6:15 AM. AT NEWBERRY CROSSING FOREST TRAIL
MONDAY, MARCH 14, 2000

As the sun rose up Arianna Bartok put on her jogging shorts, getting ready to do her morning run. She gets her drink from the refrigerator, grabbing her mp3 player, as her mother Lisa walked in. "you going out for another jog."
It wasn't much of a question, but Arianna answered.
"Yes, it feels like I've been eating too much... I gotta stay fit." Her mother laughed.
"Your not getting fat, you look the same. Nothing changed about you."
"Mother it's about what I feel. Not-"
"Alright be careful, and pay attenchion to whats around you, and don't stay to long." Lisa watched her daughter come to her.
"Mom I will be fine..." Arianna looked at the clock, "and I will be back in time. Alright mom?"
"OK, sweet heart. I'm just being a mother. I mean look at you. Your beautiful and smart and your going jogging at 6 something in the morning. I just want you to stay safe."
Arianna pulled her mother in loveing hug, sometimes it's hard for her to explain how much she love her mother. So all she can do is hug her and kiss her on her soft cheek.
"I love you mom, and now it's time for me to go. So I can come back, and clean up, and go to school."
"I love you too." Her mother replied.
Arianna walk to the door and opened it them turned around to face her mother. She put her hand on her mother shoulders and smiled.
"Make sure you lock the door." Her mother chuckled.
"Oh I know darling."
Arianna put on her headphones, and started her jog to Newberry Crossing Forest.
