Info on Y/N and story

Note: The reader's quirk is based on two characters from the game Genshin Impact (Zhongli and Venti) and because of that her personality is something of a mix of the two. Teyvat is a continent here and the individual nations exist, however the archons are long dead, although many believe they've been reincarnated. Y/n is from Mondstadt though she lived in Liyue for half of her life. 

Also Sugar quirk guy doesn't exist here.

Name: Y/n Ragnvindr (cousin to Diluc Ragnvindr for my fellow Travelers)

Quirk Description: Wind & Earth

She has the ability to manipulate wind and can even create up drafts and what appears to be miniature black holes at will- in reality though it's merely a wind vortex that pulls enemies into its 'storm eye.'

With the earth part of her quirk she can create different rock formations and even form meteors outside of earth's atmosphere, which she can then command to crash down on her foes at will. Another thing she can do is form a shield around herself that's near impenetrable.

Drawbacks: All of her abilities have a cool down of a few seconds, in addition to this her meteor and wind vortex can only be triggered after she's been fighting for a while- since her power builds up based on how much energy she's drawn from fighting her foes. Overusing any of her skills will exhaust her body and make her more susceptible to getting wounded.

Equipment:

Bow (Skyward Harp) and Lance (Vortex Vanquisher), her weapons change based on what part of her quirk she's using.

Wind Glider: Allows her to ride the updrafts she makes with her quirk

World background: This is a polyamorous soulmates au and y/n will be with both Todoroki and Kaminari in the end (this also means this book has TodoKami in it). More Genshin impact elements will be tied in as well so it'll be interesting for Travelers (what the Genshin Players are called) to read.
