As soon as I got into my car I started driving to Katy's house. At that precise moment I saw the ambulance heading to the house.
I knocked hard on Katy's door.
"KATY!!! OPEN THE DOOR!!!"
She opened the door and she had a worried face.
"What's wrong?"
"I need to talk you."
"About?"
"I poisoned my dad."
"What?!" she was surprised considering I was daddy's little girl.
"He made me have sex with for the past 3 weeks. I couldn't take it anymore. And exactly 3 weeks ago my parents go a divorce. My world if falling apart. I wish I had Nash with me. I need to leave, I can't stay. He'll find and kill me for what I did."
"You need to tell the police."
"I just can't bring myself to do it. I'm too scared."
"I'm coming with you."
---- At the Police Station ----
"How may I help you?"
"My best friend here needs to report someone."
"What is the problem?"
H"er dad has been making her have sex with him for the past 3 weeks. The same week her parents got a divorce."
"Ok. What's the father's name?"
"Robert Stone. He's in the hospital at the moment. I poisoned him. I just couldn't take it anymore."
"Don't worry he'll be put under arrest. But you're underaged to be on your own. Don't you have any family here?"
"No. But I have a aunt in Florida."
"We have no choice but to send you to Florida. It's best to get away."
Katy started crying.
"You can't leave me."
"I have no choice. But I'll talk to my aunt in the meantime and try to make her sign some papers so that your parents can be my legal guardians. Don't worry I'll come back for you. Like best friends."
---- At Home ----
I packed all my belongings and left them in the garage. I only took what I needed to Florida, for the meantime.
"I'm going to miss you Katy. I'll be back soon." I told her as I got into my car and headed to the airport.
When I got to there house, they were already waiting for me.
"Hey Lia! Hi aunty!!" I said.
"Hi lovely." Said my aunty kissing my for head. "I'm so sorry to hear about your parents."
"It's ok, I guess."
And with those words said we headed inside.
