Chapter 8: Lie and Rescurrent

Seulgi POV

Hours Later, nobody couldn't get contact with Joy and we all knew Irene was with her on those hours but we never know if Irene did something to her, did she die? I'm getting hella afraid. I walked by myself to the knife shop, I open the door and walked to that section I was at. Something I've notice that Joy keys were on the floor, I picked it up and spotted blood on them.

   Something was up with this, I look at the floor, there was a blood trail near the bathroom. As I followed the trail I smell human flesh which made me gag and my throat became sore. I continue to follow the trail until I saw Joy body hidden on the floor; blood was drained, I saw marks everybody on her, she looked pale. I cried my tears out and got on my knees to hold Joy.

"What kind of monster will do this? You didn't deserve it." I cried, I heard heavy breathing and smell the enemy within my noise. I turn around, Irene stood there shock and guilty. "Seulgi, what happens to Joy?" Irene said with concern as I can sense her.

"I...I don't know, there was a trail an-and I just found her body." My voice were shaking as it sound like I was lying but also afraid. I slowly let Joy go and stood on my legs, "I did not murder her, I swear"

"But you've been with her all this time, it could be you."

"You don't understand Irene, I will never hurt anyone." I said as I walked to Irene.

"YOU MURDER HER YOU CUNT, HOW DARE YOU? YOU GOT AN OBJECT ON YOUR HAND." Irene yelled as she snatched the knife from me, I swear I didn't do anything to Joy.

"There is a way that we can see who's lying, my dad told me since I was 13. There is a mutant family, if one dies then it recurrent and be human, it can have flashbacks of the past. But our dads doesn't know we're mutated."

"What does that have to do with Joy?" Irene asked

"It means she can remember everything from her previous life, she will remember what killed her."

   We both saw Yeri looking at us and Joy with a gasp, she ran away. We followed her...

Time Passes To The Chamber, Yeri and Irene were on chairs with their mouth taped and their hands cuffed. The others were getting ready to decide who should punish the both, I hate it, They didn't deserve this. Wendy walked to me with a gun, offers it to me, I took it and look at it carefully.

"I-I can't do this, I'm sure this was a mistake."

"It has to be done Seulgi, kill one and save the other." Wendy walks away after that was said to me.

Once everybody was ready, my heart drop, I wouldn't dare disobey my parents to be the person I never wanted to become. It was silence, Mark snatches the gun from me and aimed it at Irene. "What are you doing." I grab the gun from Mark, "I don't care if she done it, I won't kill anybody, and that's on my family's grave."

"Seulgi we don't have time, kill Irene she done it and it was on camera."

My eyes widen and I start getting flashbacks of it, Irene wanted a talk to Joy then suddenly Joy disappeared. It was her...

My arm was being unsteady as I aim at Irene, tears were sliding down, my heart was racing fast.

"WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? KILL THEM, KILL THEM."

"N-no, I would never kill them even if I had to." I drop the gun and step on it couple of times to make sure it was into pieces. I felt a slap across my face and foul words from Mark. "WHAT THE FUCK IS WRING WITH YOU? YOU'RE NOT THE BOSS." He kicks my stomach, I fall with blood running from my nose. I didn't felt the strength to punish him...I let is all happend at once.

Hours Later, I woke up to a comfy bed with the lights shining on me, I sat up and turn to my right to surprisingly seeing Irene and Joy talking to each other. Wait a damn minute...Joy?

"What the hell happend?" I said with a groan.

They both turned towards me, "Seulgi, are you okay?" Joy sound different than usual, I couldn't tell what've got into her. "Joy is human, this is her last life to live."

Joy looked like her natural form, No sharpen teeth, No weird clothes and no mutated senses. So dad was right.

"I won't be here any longer because I'm human, it was great to know you." Joy fades away like I was in a dream.
