"Finally here." Kumo said, unbuckling the seat belt.
He was at starbucks about to get his usual order he always gets when he comes here.
He entered being hit my the smell of coffee.
"Hey Kumo!" Jodi said.
Jodi is the barista that usually gives Kumo his drinks whenever he comes here. Kumo and him became friends and would always talk about what goes on in their lives.
"Hey Jodi! How are ya?"
"Oh you know." Jodi said, "So are you having your usual or?"
"Yea i'll have the usual with a croissant and a piece of chocolate cake." Kumo said pulling out his wallet.
"Ok the total is $18.45." Jodi said.
"Here you go."
"Cool, i'll bring your order now."
"Thanks." Kumo said. He was scrolling through instagram when some called him.
"Hey."
He looked up to see Daniel.
"Uh-" He looked confused.
"I know im hot but that shouldn't leave you speechless."
"Ugh, that was so cheesy." He said, rolling his eyes, "What do you want?"
"Wow, ain't i allowed to come to starbucks anymore?" Daniel asked, playing with the straw in his drink.
"Um no. You don't even leave around here. Your house isn't even near here." Kumo said.
"Well...um....i just wanted to explore."
"Wow thats a classic."
"Ok your right. I didn't just come over for some coffee, i came to see you." Daniel said.
"That's why we have phones for a reason..." Kumo said.
"Yea but i wanted to see...you." Daniel said now holding Kumo's hand.
"Yea no..." Kumo said, removing his hand from his touch, "That is not happening...anymore."
"Here's your coffe and croissant Kumo." Jodi said.
"Thanks J." Kumo said.
"Look Kumo..." Daniel said putting his drink down on the counter, "I made a mistake and i'm reallt sorry. I really like you. Your the best thing that has ever happened to me."
"Ok i don't have time for this this right now. I just came to get my coffee and skidadle, aiit." Kumo said.
"Kumo i love you." Daniel said.
"And i don't love you. Now if you'll excuse me, im going out with my friends. Bye bye." Kumo said picking up the drink and snack, walking away.
"KUMO!" Daniel shouted as Kumo walked out.
"I hate my life." He said opening his car and driving off.
