Draco loves it when people play with his hair, especially when that person is Harry. But he probably gets super defensive about it. For example Pansy probably walks in on them cuddling while Harry plays with Draco's hair. As soon as Draco sees her he gets all shy and whenever he is directly asked if he enjoys having his hair played with he will deny it whole heartedly.
