Sonamy MARRIAGE

1) Preparations

Tails have been working on their marriage since he got back from their last journey to Cosmo's parents.

He had many ideas, he gathered them all in his notebook and decided which was to throw away and which he had to keep.

Eventually he made his final decision and prepared the party, it was ready 1 week earlier than the day fixed for Sonic and Amy's marriage.

That day Tails woke up in a good humor, he knew that the work was finally done, he only needed 1 last thing to do, but he thought it was going to be fast and easy... he was wrong.

Tails couldn't end his last preparation, he was really angry because something so perfect was almost done, and Cosmo could easily notice that Tails wasn't happy at all.

That day, after lunch, she asked him: "Tails, what's worring you so much?"

Tails asked: "Is it that easy to notice?"

Cosmo nodded, then Tails answered: "I've finally everything setted for Sonic's marriage, but I can't find 1 last thing, I thought it was easy, but I cannot find it."

Cosmo was curious and asked: "What do you need to find Tails? Maybe I can help you"

Tails was worried to say it, he knew where probably things were going to end, however, he said: "I need to find a musical band."

Cosmo smiled and said, looking him deeply: "Well, Tails, I know the best musician and singer ever... Maybe he should play for them."

Tails knew what she meant, but he immediately answered: "Cosmo, I told you, I don't want to play in public."

Cosmo: "Come on Tails, I know you can do it, and I always told you that you shouldn't hide yourself."

Tails knew that probably she was right, but he didn't want to do it, so he said: "No way Cosmo, I'm sorry."

Cosmo was really sad of this, she said with sad tone: "Why do you do this to me?"

Tails didn't understand, so he asked: "What do you mean Cosmo?"

Cosmo: "You're making me feel guilty Tails."

Tails got even more curious and asked: "Guilty? Why? You're not guilty of anything Cosmo."

Cosmo: "Tails, you say you want to play only for me, I'm glad of this, but I feel that I'm the cause that a wonderful singer keeps himself hidden, it's really sad... I DON'T LIKE IT!"

Cosmo then headed away, trying to calm herself, Tails wanted to help her, so he started thinking a way to make both of them happy.

After a while he got a WONDERFUL idea, he got immediately next to Cosmo and called her: "Cosmo, wait, I have an idea"

Cosmo got immediately excited, knowing what probably that meant, so she asked: "What's your idea Tails?"

Tails smiled and said: "I'm gonna do it Cosmo, I'll sing and play for them... BUT!"

Cosmo got extremely happy, until she heard that "BUT", it made her worried.

Tails ended saying with a smile: "I want you to do something for me"

Cosmo smiled and said: "Ok Tails, you know I do it everytime you want" then she gave Tails a wonderful kiss.

He didn't refuse it, he liked it, but he said: "Thanks, but that was not what I was meaning."

Then she asked: "And what do you mean then?"

Tails was looking her with a threatening face, she understood and answered: "No, NO, NO and NO Tails, I won't do that!"

Tails answered: "Cosmo, a no is not an option, you'll do it or I won't sing... and there's more that you should know."

Cosmo was fought inside, she didn't want to do that, but Tails wanted to force her this time, she decided to hear everything that Tails had in mind, then she was going to accept or refuse.

Tails continued his explaining, Cosmo was liking his idea, she thought it was a nice compromise for her, so she decided to accept.

When she accepted, Tails was exploding of joy, but when he calmed himself, he said: "Well, I guess this means more work for me to do."

Cosmo got worried and asked: "What do you mean Tails?"

Tails answered: "I'm glad that you accepted, but I wasn't ready for this, so I have to prepare something that will allow us to do it... and now that I'm thinking, I'll need you for the whole party."

Cosmo smiled, she was happy to be helpful for Tails, so she asked: "And what for Tails?"

Tails answered: "You know I'm a bad liar, you'll have to do that for me."

Cosmo didn't know if she was going to be good for that, but she didn't think twice and decided to help him.

After that day, Tails understood that he had to kinda spoil the entire party to Cosmo, he couldn't leave her blind on what was going to happen, so he explained her everything that will happen during the party, meanwhile they got the ideas to make everything possible.

Both Tails and Cosmo decided to take some training to play their parts correctly during the party.

The day before the party, they started inviting everyone to that party but Sonic and Amy.
Then they explained that it had to be a special surprise, so they had to pretend that it wasn't a party for a marriage.

Finally the great day arrived, Tails and Cosmo were both excited and worried, so they took a long time of deep breaths before leaving their home.

They immediately headed for Sonic and Amy's house, both of them kept talking about the party, trying to feel more relaxed, but it was hard for them.

When they got there, Tails knocked the door, after a while Sonic opened the door.
