"Di, where are you? The ceremony is about to start!",said an exasperated Akash. It was a big day for him, he was getting an award for the Best Employee of the Year.

"Aye chotu, I am already in the cab, don't worry. I can never miss my brother's big day, I am almost there."consoled Tanvi over phone on her way to her brother's office.

Tanvi and Akash were siblings. Akash being the smaller one, was the absolute apple of the eyes of Tanvi. Both of them shared an unbreakable bond, so when Akash was trying to break through the chains of his house to follow his dream to join one of the best IT company of the country, far away from his land, it was Tanvi who supported him and convinced their parents.

Being a part of Bengali family, they had a quite a strict upbringing. Their parents were hell bound to keep their children in front of their eyes. Akash, being the passionate kid he is, cracked each entrance and test exams to be applicable for Inspire, one of the top 5 multinational IT company in the country.

When he finally recieved the Appointment letter, their parents refused to send him away from them. They were of the thought that if a boy leaves his hometown, he is bound to be spoilt, and reckless. Akash rebelled but of no use. That's when Tanvi stepped in. She, herself was a PhD scholar of Biotechnology of a reputed institute. So, she sponsored his brother's stay till he earns enough to support himself and convinced her parents to let him have his share of life.

After moving to Pune, Akash worked hard securing his job and earning good will and promotion with in a year. He was about to be awarded "Employee of the Year" for his phenomenal job as a software engineer. So, he invited his sister, who was there for him through all his thick and thin, although they only had an age difference of 5 years, he was 23 and Tanvi was 28 years.

In the office

Param, the Managing Director of Inspire, just stepped out of his father's car to enter the office. Being the Chairman's son, it wasn't easy for him to secure his place. His father was always of a no nonsense attitude, and kept his son under strong discipline so that he becomes the best person to continue his legacy.

Many underestimated Param for his background that he got everything just because he belongs to Arora's, that he wasn't capable, but those who got a chance to actually see him, knew it to their heart that he was worthy of his position for every bit. All the taunts and talks of society, though never bothered Param. He is a confident man of 32 years, he worked his ass off to make himself what he is. He loved his father and his father's company. So, he did everything in his power to devote his life for the success of his father's company.

Inspire for him was the driving force that filled his mind and soul to keep on breathing and going.

Standing tall at a height of about 6ft, his sharpest feature was his confidence. He wasn't fair or strongly built. But, he was slim and handsome. He may not cut paper with his jawline, but definitely had the power to melt ice with both his smile and his raging eyes.

When Param was entering the office gate, he saw a girl requesting the guard to let her in.

The girl was in a beautiful royal blue and slate coloured Anarkali. Her hair was braided. A Chandbali and a simple chain in her neck, a black wrist watch in her left hand and a sleek golden bracelet in her right hand. She wasn't really tall or short, and she had a fair and lightly dusky complexion. She was fiddling with her sling bag.

"Who is she, I don't remember seeing her here. Moreover, the dress code of the office is formal, why is she wearing an Indian attire," thought Param, but his breath hitched once the girl turned around.

What stroke his heart like a piercing arrow was her eyes.

Big, beautiful black eyes adorned with kajal making her even more beautiful. The small dot like bindi on her forehead, felt like a star kissing her temple. Her beautiful eyes were searching her bag, the way she called someone on her phone, the way her eyes were wandering here and there, and rolling sometimes while talking, Param couldn't get himself to remove his eyes.
