Bonus: Valentine's Day

"Tanvi, I don't know anything, you have to come!"

"Please, try to understand, if my parents get a slightest hint, they will kill me and deport me to a unknown land or worse marry me off to some unknown human!"

"Don't worry, if anything of that sort happens, I will ravish you from your parents and marry you in the gurdwara!"

"You are mad!"

"But please.. see I never want a thing from you... just for 4 or 5 hours. Just tell them, you are coming to tutor!"

"Shut up, who tutors on Valentine's Day? Plus, he will miss on his studies because of me, so no. I don't know.. I can manage in the morning maybe..."

"It won't be fun in the morning, with all light, try atleast in the evening. "

"I will try...."

"Okay, try, or else I am anyway sending my parents to your house this month."

"Are you crazy?"

"I will be, if I don't get you by my side. This is getting harder day by day. You are 29 not 16, so stop fretting. And if you don't wanna marry me, that's completely a different topic. Say it, you don't wanna marry me?"

"When did I say that? It's just that, it seems impossible. We belong from different castes, religion and class also. I don't know how my parents will react."

"Don't worry, my parents will handle. You just come to my house, tomorrow, 4 pm sharp, and I promise to drop you at your home by 9.30 pm at max."

"Hmm..."

So, it's almost a year, Param is staying at Kolkata. Param and Tanvi have quite become closest friends, Param even confessed his feelings but Tanvi was still unsure about taking the final step ahead. She always believed in a relationship that would be meaningful and fruitful, not just any fling. She was uncertain if their relationship had any future, but she couldn't stop her racing heart for Param also. They dated few times, but that really was few times, due to their busy schedule. Mostly they chatted over text. Param would drop her off to home or certain places now and then, have some morning tea at random tea stalls and some finger licking road side food with her in the morning, these were their typical dates.

Sometimes, it would be over tea while walking along the Princep Ghat, winds blowing through their hairs, small ripples of water kissing their feet, sometimes they would ride boat too.

Param always maintained the protocols of hers so as to not get caught at her home. Her parents had a strict no relationship policy.

It was all good, till Param wanted to celebrate Valentine's Day at his apartment with her. He had this crazy dream of celebrating it with his lady love over some pizza and movie.

After hours of convincing her, he quickly started to set his apartments and decorate it just like he wanted.

Tanvi, on the other hand, eloped from her house on the name of going to her friend's house. Since, her mother knew this particular friend of hers, she didn't suspect that much.

But to make it more believable, she had to come earlier to his apartment, which made him even more happy!

Time skip to 14th February.

Tanvi rang his doorbell. Param quickly came and opened the door welcoming her. Tanvi's eyes became wide looking at the arrangement.
