i hear a knock at the door and grab the bowl of candy "oh, hazel the trick or treaters are here!!"
"YEAHHHH" she shouts running over to the door to open it and yanking the bowl from me.
she opens the door where four kids are waiting with their bags "trick or treat!" they say in unison.
there are two girls and two boys, they all look about eight or nine. one boy is dressed as spiderman, the other boy is dressed as the hulk and one of the girls is dressed as a witch while the other girl is dressed as- what is she dressed as?
"who are you dressed as?" hazel asks the girl, putting candy into their bags.
"i'm atlas routledge from outerbanks!" she grins, my heart flutters.
i turn around and smile at her "i love your costume!"
"thank y-" she pauses before tugging on her moms shirt "mom, mom! that's her!" she smiles.
"can she get a picture with you? she loves outerbanks so much, it's her favorite show" the mom asks.
"of course!" i smile before bending down to reach her height. i wrap my arms around her and we smile for the camera.
"thank you! happy halloween" the mom says.
"happy halloween!" i smile as i start to shut the door but a foot stops the door from shutting.
my brows furrow in confusion before i heat his voice say "trick or treat."
my smile grows even bigger as i open the door and jump into timothée's arms. "happy halloween!" he chuckles.
"i thought you were filming this weekend so you couldn't come?!" i ask, holding him tight.
"i was, but we got two weeks off because the producer is like really sick" he explains.
"YAY! well not for the producer but for us!" i grin.
"oh hey you're here early!" hazel smiles seeing timothée.
"you knew? and you actually kept a secret for once?" i question the brunette.
"yeah! i'm so proud of myself!" she grins, jumping up and down.
"so, do you like the costume?" i ask him, doing a twirl.
"i love it." he smirks, giving me a kiss.
"what about mine?" he asks.
"i'm surprised that you're wearing one but i love it" i smile looking at his skeleton onesie.
"thank you" he chuckles.
"i missed you so much" i sigh before hugging him again.
"i missed you more, mon amour" he sighs, kissing the top of my head.
