Jungkook POV

We stepped inside and I looked around. The house looked big on the outside, but the inside was just breathtaking.

There was a huge living room in the middle with multiple couches and a huge tv. Off to the side there was a kitchen which I could just barely edge of a marble countertop.

The littles ran off in different directions as well as the caregivers.

Taehyung hadn't put me in my feet yet, but I wasn't going to say anything.

He carried me up a huge stair case and down a hallway. He opened a door and we stepped inside

"Look, baby, this is your nursery."

I looked around in awe as I saw a huge room with a crib, changing table, rocking chair, and pretty much anything else you can think off. On top of that, there is so many toys that I couldn't even begin to count them.

"I know it's not very personalized, but we can go whenever you want to get you anything you want for here, okay?" As Taehyung said this I looked at him in disbelief. This is the most someone has ever even thought of doing for me.

I still stayed quiet though, fearing that if I spoke I might say the wrong thing and he would get mad.

He put me down in my feet and said, "Do you want to play? You can play with any toys that you want, they are all yours!"

I did want to play, and I could practically see the excitement radiating off of him, so I gently nodded.

Looking around the room, I see toys that probably costed hundreds of dollars. If I played with those, I might break them and then Taehyung would get rid of me.

Instead, I looked over to a shelf that had a pile of blocks. If I played with those, I couldn't break them.

There was a slight problem, I couldn't reach them. I could try to climb the shelf, but I might break it. If I asked Taehyung, he might get mad.
I wasn't sure which to do, so I decided to let him choose for me.

I silently looked at Taehyung, and pointed at the blocks. He looked at them, and without hesitation, walked over to get them. He picked up as many as he could carry, which was funny and it made me giggle when a few fell.

"Are you laughing at me?" He said while laughing himself but pretending to be mad.

I shook my head while continuing to giggle. He smiled and set the blocks down in front of me and I sat down to look at them.

Grabbing a green one in my right hand and a blue one in my left hand, I stacked them together. After adding an orange and a purple block, I took a red one and rammed it into the tower. I giggled as they all fell down with loud clashing sounds.

Wait

No. No. No. I can't do this. What if he is trying to make me feel comfortable just to get me to let my guard down. What if he hits me. What if he brings the others to join in.

I look over at Taehyung and see his face. He looks angry at me, what did I do?

Tears threatening to fall, I stand up and stumble quickly to the closet in the room and slam the door with me inside.

I hear him walk to the closet. I curl into myself and try to make myself as small as possible as if it would make me invisible.

I see the door knob turn. The door opens to show Taehyung with an unreadable face.

As he reaches towards me, time slows down. Is he going to grab me? Hit me? Pick me up and throw me?

I snap back to reality, and just like that, I can't hold it back anymore.

I scream.

Long Time, No See?

I definitely did not mean to leave you guys without an update for this long. Like I said, my mental health is absolute trash right now, but I know you guys like this book so I am giving y'all an update!

Merry Christmas to all of my Readers!!

Also, a lot of my time is spent on rereading and deleting, because I am a perfectionist and have to change things a hundred times.

So, I am now actively looking for an editer!
You and I would collaborate after I write the chapter on minor things like spelling and grammar that needs work. And also on changes to the story itself (ie a scene you don't like or one you want to add) And also future ideas.
