Never let your previous suffering, fear, worries, or disappointment destroy your brilliant future. Never look back to what's happened in the past. Take what you've learned but leave what hurts you.  It has already happened. It is already a past of your future. Look ahead. Think outside the box. Trust that your present is moving along as it should. You will never be stuck in that situation again. Don't let it happen. Be braver. Be stronger. Be a better version of yourself. Set your goal, take a deep breath, and start again.

I know this is the hardest path but you have to acknowledge your feelings. Allow yourself to recognize and accept the emotions you're experiencing. It's okay to feel hurt, angry, or sad but also remember that you don't deserve any of this. You deserve happiness and inner peace above all. Choose to focus on the present moment and the possibilities it holds. You have the strength to overcome challenges and the wisdom to learn from this experiences.

Use it. Gain from it.

If what's happening in front of you doesn't sit well with you, take action to leave. Move. Move forward. Move to the sidelines. Do anything to get you moving. Remember, you are a thinking individual, not a light post or a tree that needs to remain in one place and stays like that forever.

Change is inevitable, so are you.
