⚠️swear words⚠️

It was the middle of the night. He heard leaves rustling, his own breathing, and the air. Clay opened his eyes and saw the sleeping brunette next to him, hearing him inhale and exhale. The blonde got out of bed and he put a shirt on, a black shirt. He grabbed the stuff he needed like his phone and car keys, and headed out the door. The light in his car flashed bright when he unlocked the car then he went inside, and drove away from the loft. They figured they would go to the pond, only cause it was a relaxing place but not relaxing when he thinks of Violet.

——

The pond looked beautiful at night, it always has. The flowers were nice and still in the water, until Clay touched the water with his fingers. He looked the long tree branch, from being a werewolf he had the urge to climb it. He climbed small branch to small branch, and he arrived at the longer branch going over the pond by at least 8 feet. Then he calmly sat on the branch appreciating the view from above. The noises were like a song constantly in tune, doesn't matter what genre. It had perfect melody, it was peaceful. No wonder why it was his favorite place before Violet situation happened. He stared at the place he last saw Violet, he never went to the funeral.

7 hours later...

The wooden door busted open "George!"

"Fuck off Sapnap" George groaned covering his face with a pillow "Go bother Clay not me."

"That's I'm saying, where's Clay?"

George opened his eyes and slightly moved the pillow, the blonde he loved wasn't there. Where is he?

George sat up and looked at Sapnap, they both were thinking the same thing.

"Where's Clay?" George asked.

"I don't know!" Sapnap yelled "Your his boyfriend!"

"I know I am, it's hard being in love with a fucking werewolf" George stood up fixing the messy bed "They always fucking running somewhere."

"That's offensive, but in love?" Sapnap asked.

"What, I said nothing" George said ignoring what he just said.

"Your in love with Clay, aren't you?" Sapnap asked.

"I- don't know maybe."

Sapnap smirked...

"Stop it" George said, he kept smiling "Stop it."

"Bye Georgie" Sapnap said, not in his usual voice.

George started to change into a hoodie and ripped jean, once he was done changing the door opened again.

"Yes Sapnap?"

"Morning Dada" Asher said.

"Oh, good morning Asher" George smiled.

"Where's Dad?" Asher asked.

"That I do not know" George said.

"Oh he might be at the pond" Asher said.

"Pond?" George asked.

"Yeah the secret pond in the woods, Dad took me."

"Okay" George said "Well I have go somewhere but I'll be home later, okay?"

"Okay Dada."

"Bye" George smiled and kissed Ashers cheek, and left.

Thanks to Asher, George knew where Clay was at even when he's never been there before. He parked where he was supposed to go, and be followed the trail into the woods. He then saw the most magical place ever, more magical than Disney World even when George has never been there before. Then he saw a certain person sitting on a certain tree, and he smiled. The male had his blonde hair had his eyes closed.

"What are you looking at?" Clay asked, opening his eyes not looking at the brunette.

"I- What?"

"I can feel you staring into my soul."

"Oh shut up" George said and he started to climb up the tree.

Clay looked up and saw the brunette behind him "What?"

"Scoot over."

Clay just sat there and the brunette groaned "Fine, wanna be a brat that's fine."

The brunette climbed over Clay and sat on the other side of the branch, he sat calmly on it. Clay lightly push George's legs off and George gasp, Clay heard his heart skip a beat.

"Clay!" George shouted.

Clay started to wheeze, which is his term of laughing. George stared at Clay, it's the first time in a while he has heard him laugh.

"It's nice to hear you laugh" George said with a smile, Clay stopped wheezing.

"What?"

"No actually it's interesting, you never do all these things but once you do them it's cute" George said.

"Do you want me to push you off this branch?" Clay asked.

"Oh quit the threats, I'm not Sapnap."

George turned his whole body around and he laid back onto Clay. Clay moved his arm over George's stomach, and George hugged it keeping it close to him at all times.

"Clay?" George said.

"Yes?" Clay asked in a softer tone, he knew George liked that.

"I love you."

"I love you too" Clay said.

"No I mean I love you, like I really really love you."

Clay chuckled "Oh George."

"What?" George asked "What are you laughing at?

"George I've known that for a while, I can literally read you like a book."

"Wait, actually?" George asked.

"Yes George" Clay wheezed.

George looked at the taller male with a big smile. He moved his arm up and touched the older males cheek.

"Hmm?" Clay said.

"You didn't say it back."

"Your so stupid" Clay smirked.

"Say it."

"I love you too George Davidson" Clay kissed George's hand elegantly with love.

Clay held George's hand, as he brought his arm back down "We should get going soon."

"Can't we just stay like this forever?"

"We have to leave at some point" Clay said.

"Can't we stay like this for a little longer?" George asked.

"Fine."

"We can stay like this for a little while longer" Clay sighed as he closed his eyes.

"Thank you" George closed his eyes.

Clay listened to George's breathing, air entering and leaving his nose in a perfect tune. It was nice being near the ones you loved even when you used to not have that most days. Clay knew George made him a better person. Feeling his warmth brought him to ease. The brunette changed him in so many ways.

Ways he could never name...
