It's simple. You only have remember 10 things:
1. Talk with people. Ask how they are, be prepared that they answer "good", if it's something else it would be awkward, right? Remember to answer good too.
2. Contact your friends, it's good to have fun with them. And it will also remind both of you that you want to spend time with each other. I didn't do it, stupid me. But you still can do it.
3. Get a plant or a pet. They are nice. You won't feel alone even without friends. Just remember to take care of them. Don't let them die, please.
4. Be fine with being alone. Be part of it. Know that you could be alone. Be independent. You don't really need anyone, you will die alone anyways.
5. Visit your family, they care about you. They are nice, even when no one else is. Even if you aren't nice...
6. Have good manners. People won't avoid you. You won't look like the shit you feel like. You will be part of others. Part of this big shitty mass.
7. Do stuff you like to do. Doing is fun. Doing is important. It can keep whatever you want, just do something that makes you forget why you are reading this.
8. I don't know. I don't fucking know. How could I? I am always alone, how the fuck would I know something about not being alone?
9. Go for walks. You may see other people or animals, but it's fun even if you don't. It's good to get fresh air. Or at least that newspaper said so.
10. Just, I don't know. It's ok. I feel like it too. You're not alone. We are alone together. So we are kinda with each other, right? It's fine. Just do what you want to do. Not feeling alone is overrated anyways.
