Y/n POV:

You'd think after 3 years my dad would be more comfortable with The family across from us. Instead he learned to hate them more.

Me and Dee's neighbor/weird friend relationship hasn't gone anywhere these past years, we rarely talked about once a month but the only time we really do communicate is when were arguing in our classes together.

You see in New York I was the number 1 A student. In every class I was there was no one who could outsmart me, now that im in Russia im in tier 2. Who's ahead of me? Take a wild guess.

Dee Shvagenbagen.

I always end up arguing with him about if he's cheating or not, like no body who's a real person could get a A++. I didn't even know that was a real thing until Mr.Smartass came around.

So from how I explain it, we really don't get along no more.
------------
It was warm day, the flowers where getting ready to bloom for April. I usually woke up around 6:00 am to get ready. My hair seemed to be grown out now so I decided to just let it stay messy.

As I pushed my fainted pink bangs out my face I made my way to the bathroom.

"Hot water never felt so good." I smiled as the water hit my face, after I got out I blow dryed my hair while listening to Twisted Sister.

Brushing my teeth I let my hair go wild, not putting it up or anything. I threw on a cute black dress and a red corset. Pulling my tights up and zipping up my boots.

"Y/n! Asia! Breakfast girls." Mother called. I smiled as I made my way down for breakfast, while walking down with Asia I ruffled her hair causing her to get pissed at me.

"The hell man."She groaned.

I chuckled a bit, "Sorry Asia." My mom looked at me with a serious look. "Sorry," I mumbled while sitting down for breakfast.

She sat down dome eggs and bacon, seems like we aren't having pancakes this morning.

The table was fairly quiet this morning, Asia had nothing to talk about so the only thing that could be heard was the News on the TV.

I checked the time and noticed it waz already 6:50. "Oh fu-" I covered my mouth before mom heard me.

"Excuse you." She groaned

"Mom, my bus comes in 10. I gotta head out."

She sighed. "Stay safe."

I nodded them grabbed my bag and purse and headed out. While walking to the bus stop I paused for a minute to look for my hair clip in my purse.

I gave up in anger since I couldn't find my hair clip, causing my messy hair to be in my face.

As I calmed down I noticed Dee walking up the sidewalk on his side on the street. I turned and crossed my arms to keep walking.

We where so close, yet so far in so many ways. I hated asking people for help but I really needed Dee's help with biology.

But who would ask a enemy for help? Like you gotta be insane to do that. I waited at the bus stop, 4 feet apart from Dee.

I glanced at him but emidently looked back, I grinned as the bus pulled up. Getting on I sat next to my best friend while Dee sat alone.

So far, yet so close.

Dee's POV:

I knew this girl longer then most people knew me, being ahead of her pisses her off a lot but I find it pretty funny.

I took attention to the fact she was failing biology, usually this would be the part I offered a deal but, who deals with the devil? Not me anymore of course.
