My headcanon on the ninja's ages
Kai : Kai is about 18 as he is mature when he wants to be but also still has a very immature side to him.
Cole : Cole is 19 as I think he is the oldest (not including Zane) out of the ninja as he is very mature and looks after the others.
Zane : I think Zane is about 46 as he is a nindroid and is extremely mature, and always looking out for the others.
Jay : Jay is 17 as he gives off not fully adult vibes and is still really scared if the world in general but can get enough courage to do things when others are in danger.
Lloyd : I think Lloyd is 15 as he is still quite young (and only just hit puberty). He is mature when he needs to be as he is the leader but when he's just chilling he is often being young and free.
Nya : Nya is 16. She is Kai's younger sister and I think there is roughly 2 years between them. She is also very mature when she needs to be and keeps the boys in check.
Wu : Wu is about 1010. The reason I think this is because I don't know why but I think he was born in 1011.
Garmadon : Garm is Wu's older brother by 5 years so I think Garm is 1015.
Misako : Misako was early 20's during the Serpentine Wars so I think she is about 65.
