2-Summer but moving?

(Kennedy's P.O.V)
It's the last day of school. When summers over, Kendall and I are going to be seniors in high school!!! I'm excited but my sis, not so much. My two big bros are gonna be in college, cause they got a scholarship for football, they going to Stanford. Zach and Zoë are gonna start sophomore year. *cry*. When I got home, I didn't even know what I was gonna do for summer. I mean I could hang out with Dana.
*text message*
(D = dana K = Kennedy)
K: Hey Dana, what are you doing for summer?
D: I need to tell you something.
K: Okay, what.
D: You know my band, IM5, well I need to move to L.A, so we can continue with our music.
K: :( , but one question, if you didn't tell me now, would you tell me eventually?
D: Of course, your my best friend!
K: When are you leaving.
D: In a week.
K: So I have 7 days to hang out with my bestie. Why is the world so cruel!!!
D: *_ *.Really. I'm going to L.A not to Australia
K: Well I need to go eat dinner but I'll ttyl.
D: bye

When my mom called me for dinner, I got changed into some light denim shorts and a superman logo shirt. You'd think that cause my mom is a famous lawyer, she'd be busy all the time, but no, she makes time for our family. I mean six kids and a husband, that's a lot to cook for but no my mom makes a lot in a short amount of time but it tastes so good. She made steak, mashed potatoes and asparagus. And man was I full but my mom went the extra mile by doing hot, homemade apple pie with ice cream on top. And let me say it was gooooood.
"Guys, my best friend is moving away to L.A" "Kennedy, are you ok and how do you feel cause I really care to stop my apple pie and ice cream(!)" " Jacob, Dana has been my best friend since I was in the womb. How would you feel if Josh left you too move somewhere else cause everyone else knows that he's your best friend. " Kennedy, obviously Josh is my identical, emphasis on the identical, twin brother. We've never been separated in our lives.As the older one, I have to tell him what we can do. Like if we could move somewhere else." " Jacob your only older by one minute not by an hour." "So anyone, me and Josh are best friends and we will never separate but you and Dana probably will anyway in your life even in if he stays."
After that conversation, I faced reality and was so sad that i just left the dinner table and went straight to my room. I laid on my bed sobbing. I could hear that Jacob was getting told off. Zach,Zoë,Kendall and Josh were all giving Jacob are hard time cause of what he said. I quickly sniffled as I heard someone coming up the stairs. And then there was a knock on my door.
"Kennedy, can I come in. It's me Jacob." I didn't actually answer him. I'm giving him the silent treatment until he apologizes. " Kennedy if your awake, I'm really sorry about what I said I didn't mean it. I know how close you and Dana are and I kinda put in a position where it was me and Josh. I'm really sorry for doing that." "I forgive you." "Thanks Kennedy. Goodnight." "Goodnight Jacob."
From there, I changed into pajama shorts and a blue tank you for bed.
