hi my names niko and i'm currently trying to shift. i was introduced to it a few months ago and i tried it once and i got all tingly and i opened my eyes too quickly, which, was sad. so ill be doing a little bit of everything here, journaling what happened when i tried or did shift, scripting, and explaining methods ill be using. the first section ill be writing is the script and then journaling so if you want to skip to some parts you can. anyway, im gonna start writing other parts, so i will see you in a bit ! - niko
