zombie au mulifandom

chapter 1

the sound of fighting.
the sound of smashed heads...
another sound, of blood dripping off the walls...
the sound of another friend getting killed...

it all started a few weeks ago,
i was just hanging around with my friends Yato and Yukine.
it was a beautiful day, the sun was shining full time and no single cloud to be found.
we were just talking and having fun on the grass in the shadow of a tree.
we hadn't seen each other in quite a time but we had summer vacation, so we had a lot of time together before yato went on a vacation for two weeks.

yato is fun to be with, he is a bit of a joker and verry sweet.
he talks a lot, wich isn't a bad thing.
yukine is a small boy, he is 16 years old just like me. he doesn't talk so much but he is verry sarcastic when he is with yato, they are so funny.

but back to the story.
that day we heard a massive explosion, we saw a lot of smoke and then we heared the sirens...
fireman, police and ambulances went to the place. yukine's dad is also a fireman and was called to immediately come tot he lab in backerstreet, where the parents of yato work.
my dad is a policeman, he also god a call...
but before he left he said "no matter what happens, stay together, protect each other. get inside for now, don't question it just do as i say."
at that moment we know this something was really bad and that our parents might die...

when my dad left i yelled as loud as i could "STOP!!!"  i cried, i didn't want him to leave...
"please... please don't go!" i said, even if i knew that it was his job and that he could get hurt. i didn't want him to leave, i didn't want to lose him!
some other policeman were crying but then one of them said that they needed to leave.

"i'm comming, sweetheart i love you and i will always love you don't forget that. i'll do my best to come back and you know that, but i don't know if i can promise it i'm sorry..." he looked away at that point.
i gave him a hugg and a kiss, said that i loved him too and then he got in the car.

Yato who was two years older then us didn't lose hope, even if we almost knew for sure that our parents would die, he kept being positive. he was like a big brother to us. he hugged us and then we walked to my house. when we got inside we saw my mother cry. she was mad at my dad, for leaving us. i didn't wat to hear anything about it but i asked my mom if they could stay here for a few days.
my mom said that they could stay here for as long as they wanned. she knmew what was going on with them, i mean yato might not have parents anymore, yukine's mother died when he was born and now his dad might die...

we went to my room. i got my tv on the news and we were all really quiet. they were talking about the lab. there have already been three explosions. and in about a few minutes we saw a dead body walk towards the woman on tv. ït's not the time to make jokes right now!" yukine said "that... that's my dad... the wouldn't make jokes like this, right?" yato mumbled "there has to be an explination for this." i said confused.

"wait, wait, no! what are you?! AHHHHHH" the woman on tv  yelled "zombies?" yukine said confused
"n-no it can't be the're not real! m-my dad isn't a zombie!"yato yelled "maybe this is all just a really bad joke? maybe we just have to wait for more information?" yukine said

after a few hours of waiting we went to sleep. we couldn't do anything until we knew what was going on and we hadn't heard anything yet...
but when we were finally asleep, we heard loud noises. sceams, doors breaking, we were immediately awake and then we heard the front door. i heared my mother scream "get out of there! run! as fast as you can right now!" we heared a scream as we jumped out of the window into my garden, but qw could't get out. we we're serounded.
