I was clean now the nurses took me to another room and took the dirty blue gown I was wearing off, it was the first I had noticed it. Then they took me into the room I was in before, I could see the blue things around me were curtains they put me back on my bed all and gave me a heart rate monitor all without saying a word I didn't know what to do did I say something or just leave the room with an awkward silence that was killing me. I had finally made up my mind I was going to break the silence, but saying what I thought quickly and then remembered what the nurse had said previously said about seeing my mum. I break the awkward silence with "when can I see my mum?" the nurses just look at me as if I am nothing and it is making me feel that way too. One of them replies with "do you want too?"I say " why wouldn't I" the nurse gave, me that look again I ask " why wouldn't I want to see my mum?" the nurse just looks at me then says to the other nurse bring her in. My hands start shaking, it's like she's a criminal. Next thing I know my mum comes bursting though the curtains and gives me a massive hug I whisper in her ear "I'm so sorry " she whispers back " I know" just then two men dressed in bright yellow walk in the curtain, one of them turns to shut it and I can see writing on the back of their yellow tops I can just make out a P......O......L......I......C......E what is that. Everything is becoming so much clearer I figure out those letters spell out police I immediately start crying and saying "am I in trouble" the officers just look at me and smile "no we just need to ask some questions that's all". I try to stop crying but I can't I just keep thinking I want to go home, I am praying this is all a dream I shut my eyes tight so they become all wrinkly I open them still hoping its a dream the police are still there, but only they were a little bit closer.
