Two days after the monthly evaluation, the day that Jimin wishes not to come finally came. He has finally left the land of Colin and is now on his way to the capital, Clio. He left early due to his father's demand. According to Carlos, you have to be impressive on the first meeting in order for you to earn their trust fast.
Inside the carriage, Jimin checks his outfit. He is wearing clothes that only city people can wear. He can not believe his father spent money to buy his city clothes. He unbuttoned his collar as he finds it uncomfortable and suffocating, "Ah that's better" he said after finally able to breathe.
Jimin left Colin earlier than Kai. For the past two days, the two haven't talked to each other. Well, Kai was trying to talk to Jimin and be on good terms before they part ways again. But Jimin won't budge and would ignore Kai every time the latter tries to talk to him.
He is still mad and disappointed of Kai. The only person whom he thought will always be on his side, no matter what happen. Because that is what they promised each other, when they were still little kids, "Moron" he whispered to himself.
The noise coming from outside the carriage irked his curiosity. He opened the small window and saw the lively market with various products that some probably came from other countries. It is something that people like him, who have lived in the rural, never experienced nor seen in their local markets.
Astonished at what he sees, the window of his carriage remained open until they have reached a quiet and solemn place. It was surrounded by tall trees, bushes, and even colorful flowers that he is not familiar with.
The carriage suddenly stops. Jimin assumed that they have reached the gate of his destination as the carriage is slowly moving again. He sees guards around the area, doing surveillance and their eyes not leaving the carriage he is on.
The carriage once again came into a halt. Jimin closes the window and buttoned his shirt again as he waits for the footman to open the door for him.
Not long after, Jimin was greeted by a huge staircase and a tall man with a timid smile, "I'm glad to finally meet you Sir Jimin" he greeted and held out his hand.
Jimin gladly shakes his hand, "So am I..." he replied and smiled to the tall man.
"Oh! My bad, I am Rowoon, Sir, the family's butler" Rowoon introduced himself and bowed 90 degrees as a sign of respect to the new comer.
Jimin felt awkward so he politely bowed to Rowoon too.
"Shall we?" Rowoon gestured for Jimin to walk up the stairs and follow him inside the grand mansion.
"Ah," Rowoon turned around and looked at the man behind Jimin, "I am sorry gentleman but you are not permitted to enter the mansion" he said, smiling.
Jimin looked at Rowoon in disbelief, "He's with me, he's my footman"
Rowoon smiled yet again, "I understand your concern. But, rules are rules Sir Jimin. Your footman is not allowed to enter nor see what's inside the mansion"
Jimin scoffs at what he heard. What's so special about the insides of the mansion that even my person is not allowed to enter nor see? he thought.
The footman carefully laid down all of Jimin's belongings and ran down the staircase. They watched him leave the vicinity before the grand double doors of the mansion finally opened. Jimin is in awe at what he sees. He was greeted by a grand staircase with gold railings and details.
The helpers immediately took care of Jimin's belongings and brought it to his own private villa.
"Welcome to Mansion de Myoui" Rowoon introduced as they walk inside the mansion.
