Never Be The Same {1/3}

Arthit was in his parents house in Chiang mai when his lover called him in the middle of the night.

Arthit was still in his sleep & a little irritated that he called in such time. He received the call said "Hello" in a sleepy voice. He heard some heavy breathing sounds then the call ended.

After 10 minutes later again his phone ringed. He again received the call but this time he heard some heart beating sounds. He keep on saying hello but no response came & again the call was ended.

This is the fifth time now Arthit's phone ringed. Arthit's sleepiness was all gone by now & he was really frustrated by now that his lover was just playing not letting him sleep at night.

"Kongpob listen I don't know what you're playing but I am going to put my phone on switch off mode now & I am going back to my sleep again. I am seriously telling you this time if you keep on disturbing me like this I will break up with you the next I will see you." Arthit didn't actually meant what he said in his last line.

This time a shrill voice came, but still Arthit could recognize it. It was his lover's voice.

"P I don't feel good *cough* I don't think my brain isn't quite working like it should, I feel *cough* chemicals are running in my veins *cough* & the pain in my heart it's too much P for me to handle I-I can't *cough* breath properly. I feel high *cough*"

"Wait wait you feel high. Did you get yourself drunk?"

"P believe me any drugs of this world can't *cough* make me feel this much insane. I can't think straight P *cough* it is all blurry. I feel hungry but I-I *cough* can't eat the food."

"Kongpob calm down. Calm down. Take deep breaths. You are not in your right mind now. Let's talk in the morning okay? & call M if you're really having much problems of handling yourself."

"I don't want someone else *cough* to see me like this *cough* I need you."

A female voice said.

Then the phone was ended.

Arthit was sick worried now of his lover. But can't go to his lover just like that he has a flight after two days to go back to his lover.

The next morning Arthit called M to check on Kong but M called him saying that Kong has locked up himself in the house & isn't responding to anyone.

Arthit came back to Bangkok after two days & he still didn't had any news of Kong. Kongpob's phone is also switched off. His friends doesn't know anything about him. Kongpob's neighbors also didn't saw him getting out of the house.

What is he doing alone in the house?? He only hopes Kong doesn't do anything bad to himself.

The last text he only got from Kong 2 days ago in the night was 'I had a nightmare' that's all .

Arthit had a spare key of Kong's room he used that & entered the house. As it was time sun already had set & the house was also dark he couldn't see anything at first. He tried to switch on the lights but they didn't light up the house. So he switched on his phone's flashlight.

Arthit was looking around & he got frightened seeing the blood stains on the floor everywhere. When he stepped into Kongpob's room it was all dark there & in the corner he saw two eyes glowing. His breath hitched but he calmed himself down thinking it must be a cat. He put his phone's flashlight there & saw a dark image sitting there.
