Jungkook knows every single thing about Taehyung and how he is, don't ask how because you all already know how he knows. Taehyung is that nerd in your class on whom everyone has crush, the heartthrob of the school but Taehyung being Taehyung he doesn't care a bit about people having crush on him. He is a person who believes in love at first sight. He still didn't feel anything special after meeting all the people (girls and boys) confessed to him so he kept on rejecting them.

If you're wondering if he has also rejected Jungkook then no he didn't, yet because Jungkook still hasn't confessed. From the very first day he could sense Taehyung doesn't like his personality. He is all bubbly, carefree, sassy also sometimes a brat which Taehyung personally despise the most.
