For some reason I decided to make this an reader insert bc its romantic or whatever- so here you go ig something you never asked for 😌

I fiddled with my fingers as they looked at me expectingly. Regret was settling in as my brain struggled to find the words to tell them about the years of admiration and awe I felt for them. "You said you wanted to talk to me?" They asked, raising their eyebrow in curiosity.
I'm an idiot. Confessing my love in a music room with nothing planed. I'll just make up an excuse. "Oh well it's nothing too important really-"

Epic fail.

"Oh that's good, I was afraid I did something wrong, you don't talk to me very often." They said, giving me a smile that lit up my whole world. Hey, that was a metaphor. We were just talking about those in class and what a big impact they can have on..THATS IT! "Okay I don't really know how to say this but..." I looked around frantically for something that I could make a metaphor of and my eye caught hold of the crazy complicated song we had to play in music class today. "...Before I knew you everything was like a simple song! Everything flowing naturally and easily!" It shot out of my mouth like a bullet and their eyes widened just a bit. "Now that I know you my emotions are all utter chaos,my heart skipping beats and my tempo rising every time my name comes out of your lips!" The room was quiet for a bit and then I spoke again. "At first I didn't know if my song was utter trash or a melody sweet as can be but honestly now it's clear as day..I need you to finish my symphony."

"I'm- I'm speechless-" they muttered out but now that I said my feelings I was feeling a bit bold and impatient.

"I don't need a speech I just need to know if you accept what I've composed or if your not in to my music." I muttered
